Job Description
Since December 2006 working with HDFC Bank Ltd.

Product purview: ASSETS PRODUCTS since Aug’09 till date at Kolkata and
CREDIT CARDS at Delhi from December ‘06 to Aug ’09.


Channel Management
• Developing new business partners (DSAs & DSTs) to expand product reach in the market and working in interaction with the channel partners to assist them to promote and source the product.
 Develop the Business Process in Telesales & FOS Model
 Periodic monitoring of sales, productivity, profitability, and COA and compliance.

Key Account Management
 Identifying key accounts and cultivating profitable relations with them.
 Providing satisfactory services & support to ensure long term business relationship.
 Ensuring timely pay out, query handling, efficient and valuable MIS
 Improvement on quality sourcing, acquisitions and higher activation rates of carded clients.

Branch Credit Cards - Sales Management
• Manage product portfolio at profitable levels by enhancing brand loyalty of customers through credit card usage
• Activate branches to penetrate maximum base.
• Enhance premium customer preference for bank’s products by unique credit card offers.
• Co-ordinate with Corporate Sales Team for acquisition of corporate and institutional clients.
• Providing impetus to corporate – product team by offering Cards’ benefits for new users, hence capturing high market penetration

Assets Management:

Taking Care of all Asset Products like Home Loan, Personal Loan, Business Loan, Education Loan, Gold Loan, Loan against Property( LAP), Loan Against Security( LAS), Auto Loan.

• Manage HNI customers’ assets requirements.

• Handle SMEs and other manufacturing units with average ticket size of 2-3 crores.

• Ensure incremental business of Asset products of Branches(revenue generation).

• To ensure participation of Branch Staff for Asset Products- (Activity and productivity)

• Ensure Asset Products Visibility at Branch Premises.

• Create awareness amongst all Branch Customers of the Asset Products’ availability at the Branch.

• Maintain Branch BDR (Business Development Representative) productivity.

• Ensure Branch Target achievement of all Asset Products.

• RM/PB portfolio penetration for Asset product.

Team Management
• Provide direction, motivation and training to the sales team ( Telesales and Direct Sales ) for ensuring optimum performance.
 Responsible for recruiting, mentoring & training personnel ( Telecallers and Sales Executives) & managers to deliver quality services.
• Responsible for branch Fincon budget attainments and sales budget attainments

January 2004-November 2006 worked with Johnson and Johnson Medical India Pvt Ltd.

Worked for Johnson and Johnson FMCG Products as well as in the Healthcare sector

Hospital supplies and infection control Division as Territory Manager, in Kathmandu, Kolkata, Delhi.

Product Purview: Infection control,Hospital Supply products,Baby Products(i.e baby soap,powder,shampoo,oil,etc).


Customer Relationship Management
• Generate Rxs ( Prescriptions) by regular meets with Surgeons, other doctors.
• Organise frequent CMEs and seminars/ training programmes for paramedical staffs.
• Attend Live surgical procedures to demonstrate product and its viability for particular indications.
• Extensive interaction with paramedical staff and other healthcare persona to improve and change infection-control and hygiene practices in the institutions.

Channel Management
• Developing new business partners to expand product reach in the market and working in interaction with the dealers, C&F agent and distributors to assist them to promote the product.
 Periodic monitoring of sales,collections and liquidation of stock.

Brand Management
 Supervising the launch of new products & promotional activities.
 Building brand focus in conjunction with operational requirements.
