Aloo Poori

आलू की पूरी

Ingredients (सामग्री)

Wheat flour (गेहूं का आटा) ---------- 2 cup

Potato (आलू) ---------- 2-3 medium Sized

Parsley (अजवायन) ---------- 1/2 spoon

Chopped Green Coriander (कटा हरा धनियां) ---------- 1 tablespoon

Oil (तेल) ---------- For Fried 

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

How to make Aloo Poori (आलू की पूरी बनाने की विधि)

-> First washed the Potato (आलू) and boiled it. After cooling peel and grated the Potato (आलू). (आलू धो कर उबाले और ठन्डे होने पर छिले और कद्दुकस करे)

-> Now add Salt (नमक) + Parsley (अजवायन) + Chopped Green Coriander (कटा हरा धनियां) into Potato (आलू) and mixed very well. (नमक + अजवायन + कटा हरा धनियां आलू में मिलाये)

-> Now filtrate (छानना) the Wheat flour (गेहूं का आटा) and add Potato Mixture (आलू मिश्रण) and with the help of water make s tight daugh like poori. (गेहूं के आटे को छाने और आलू मिश्रण और पानी के सहायता से पूरी का आटा गूथ ले) 

-> Now Divide the dough into equal portions and shape into round small balls. (आटे की छोटी गेंदे बनाये). 

-> Now roll it slightly and make size just like a puri. Drop the rolled puri in the oil carefully and fried both side. This should take only a few seconds. Flip the poori over and cook the other side until golden brown. (बेलन से पूरी बेले और गरम मे तेल दोनो तरफ से तल ले)

-> Hot and tasty Aloo Poori Recipe (आलू की पूरी ) is ready. Served it with Sweet Chutney (मीठी चटनी), Pickle. (मीठी चटनी - अचार से परोसे)
