Aloo Tikki

आलू की टिक्की

Ingredients (सामग्री)


Potato (आलू) ---------- 500gms

Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 1/4 smallspoon

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste 

Bread (ब्रैड) ---------- 4

Amchoor Powder (अमचूर पाउडर) ---------- 1/4 smallspoon

Garam Masala (गरम मसाला) ---------- 1/4 smallspoon

Green Peas (हरी मटर के दाने) ---------- 1 cup

Coriander Powder (धनियां पाउडर) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Cumin (जीरा) ---------- 1 smallspoon

Refined oil or Desi Ghee (रिफाइन्ड तेल या देशी घी) ---------- 3-4 tablespoon


How to make Aloo Tikki (आलू की टिक्की बनाने की विधि)

 

-> First washed the Potato (आलू) and boiled it. After it grind the Green Peas (हरी मटर के दाने) into mixi. You also grind the Bread (ब्रैड) into grinder and make a powder. (ब्रैड को मिक्सी में पीस कर पाउडर कर लीजिये). (आलू उबाले और हरी मटर के दाने, ब्रैड को अलग अलग पीस ले)


-> Heat the Oil (तेल) in a fry pan. When Oil (तेल) became hot the add Cumin (जीरा) and fried it for 1 minute. After you add Coriander Powder (धनियां पाउडर) + Green Peas (हरी मटर के दाने) + Salt (नमक)  + Amchoor Powder (अमचूर पाउडर) + Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)  + Garam Masala (गरम मसाला) and mixed very well. Cooked it for 3-4 minute. Your Green Peas (हरी मटर के दाने) stuffing is ready. (तेल + धनियां पाउडर  + हरी मटर के दाने + अमचूर पाउडर + लाल मिर्च पाउडर + गरम मसाला फ़्राइ करे)


-> Now peel the Potato (आलू) and add the Bread powder (ब्रैड पाउडर) and make a smooth dough.(आलू छिले और ब्रैड पाउडर मिला कर आटे की तरह गूंथ लीजिये


-> Take some portion into the Potato (आलू) mixture and roll it. Now with help of palm (हथेली) flat (चपटा) this roll and add put the Green Peas (हरी मटर के दाने) stuffing into middle. Now take the all side and closed it and make a small sized ball and again flat (चपटा) it. (आलू मिश्रण मिश्रण ले कर मटर पिठ्ठी बीच मे रख कर आलू से बन्द करे)


-> Now take a non stick Tava (नानस्टिक तवा).  Put some Oil (तेल) and spread this Oil (तेल) on whole stick Tava (नानस्टिक तवा). Put the Tikki (टिक्की) on to tava and cooked  it on medium flame gas. Remaining Oil (तेल) are spread on the surround Tikki (टिक्की). Cooked the Tikki (टिक्की) on both side until they trun to golden brown in color and crispy. (तवे पर तेल डाल कर टिक्की सेके)


-> Your Aloo Tikki (आलू की टिक्की) is ready. Before served add green Chutney (हरी चटनी) + Sweet Chutney (मीठी चटनी) + Chaat Masala (चाट मसाला) + Yogurt (दही) (हरी चटनी +  मीठी चटनी + चाट मसाला + दही मिला कर दे)
