एंटीऑक्सीडेंट बूस्ट

Ingredients (सामग्री)

Roughly Chopped Apples (मोटा कटा हुआ सेब) ---------- 4 medium in sized

Black Grapes (काले अंगूर) ---------- 2 Cups

Fresh Strawberries (ताजी स्ट्रॉबेरी) ---------- 1 Cup

Chopped Beetroot (कटा चुकंदर) ---------- 1/2 Cup

Crushed Ice (कुटी बर्फ) ---------- 1 Cup

How to make Antioxidant Boost (एंटीऑक्सीडेंट बूस्ट बनाने की विधि)

-> First take Roughly Chopped Apples (मोटा कटा हुआ सेब) + Black Grapes (काले अंगूर) + Fresh Strawberries (ताजी स्ट्रॉबेरी) + Chopped Beetroot (कटा चुकंदर) in a mixer and blend it till smooth. (मोटा कटा हुआ सेब + काले अंगूर + ताजी स्ट्रॉबेरी + कटा चुकंदर को मिक्सी में पीस ले)

-> Strain the juice using a strainer and pour equal quantity of the juice into 4 individual glasses. (इसको छान ले और 4 अलग गिलासों में निकाल ले)

-> Antioxidant Boost (एंटीऑक्सीडेंट बूस्ट) is ready. Before serve add Crushed Ice (कुटी बर्फ) and served chill. (कुटी बर्फ डाल कर परोसे)

Nutritional value (पोषण का महत्व) :  Vitamin C : 23.3 mg per glass

Note : A Antioxidant drink that fights all infections and enhances immune system and fights free radicals that can damage the growing baby. Eating so many fruits can be boring hence make it into a juice and gain their benefits.
