Apple Chutney

सेब की चटनी

Ingredients (सामग्री):

Apple (सेब) ---------- 1- 1/2 Kg

Onion (प्याज) ---------- 500 gms

Sugar (चीनी) ---------- 500 gms

Ginger (अदरक) ---------- 250 gms

Salt (नमक) ---------- 75 gms

Vinegar (सिरका) ---------- 750 gms

Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 30 gms

Garlic (लहसुन) ---------- 5 gms

How to make Apple Chutney (सेब की चटनी बनाने की विधि)

-> First peel the Apple (सेब) and cut it into small pieces. (सेब छिले और काटे)

-> You also finely chopped the Onion (प्याज) + Ginger (अदरक). (प्याज + अदरक को  बारीक काट ले)

-> Now cooked the Apple Pieces (सेब के टुकडे) + Onion (प्याज) + Ginger (अदरक) + Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) + Garlic (लहसुन) with some water. (सेब के टुकडे + प्याज + अदरक + लाल मिर्च पाउडर + लहसुन + पानी को पका ले)

-> Now you add Sugar (चीनी) + Vinegar (सिरका) and mixed very well and cooked it until it became thick. (इसमें चीनी सिरका मिला कर गाढ़ा होने तक पका ले)

-> Apple Chutney (सेब की चटनी) is ready cool it and served it with Naan (नान), Roti (चपाती), Parathe(परांठे) or Samosa (समोसे). (नान, चपाती, परांठे, समोसे से परोसे)
