Apple Jalebi

सेब की जलेबी

Ingredients (सामग्री)

Apples (सेब) ---------- 2 

Fine Flour (मैदा) ---------- 3/4  cup 

Sugar (चीनी) ---------- 1/2  tsp

Oil (तेल) ---------- 1 tsp

Oil (तेल) ---------- For fried

For Sweet Syrup (मीठा सिरप)

Sugar (चीनी) ---------- 1 1/4 cup

Water (पानी) ---------- 1 cup

Lemon juice (नींबू का रस) ---------- 1/4 teaspoon

Cardamom powder (इलायची पाउडर) ---------- 1/4  teaspoon

How to make Apple Jalebi (सेब की जलेबी बनाने की विधि)

-> First dissolve the  Sugar (चीनी) in 1/4 cup warm water (पानी) and sit for about 5 minutes. (चीनी + पानी को पका ले)

-> Now you take the Fine Flour (मैदा) + 1 tablespoon Oil (तेल) and mixed very well. (मैदा + 1 चम्मच तेल मिलाये)

-> Now add the sugar solution to the flour and mix. Add more water as needed to make a smooth batter. (चीनी के घोल को मैदा में मिलाये)

For Sweet Syrup (मीठा सिरप)

-> First Take the Sugar (चीनी) + Water (पानी) and boiled it. (चीनी + पानी को पका ले)

-> After you add Lemon juice (नींबू का रस) + Cardamom powder (इलायची पाउडर) and boil for about 8 minutes until syrup is about 1/2 thread. (इसमें नींबू का रस + इलायची पाउडर मिला कर २ तार की चाशनी बना ले)

For Making the jalebis (जलेबी बनाने के लिये)

-> First peel the Apples (सेब) and cuts the thin rings. (सेब को छिले और गोल गोल काटे)

-> Now heat the Oil (तेल) in  a Cauldron (कडाही). When Oil (तेल) became hot then Dip the apple slices completely into the batter and drop it into hot oil (तेल) and fried it on medium flame gas. (सेब को टुकड़े को मीठे मिश्रण में लपेट कर गरम तेल में तल ले)

-> Fried it on both side until it trun to golden brown in color. (दोनों तरफ से सुनहरा होने तक तल ले)

-> Transfer them immediately into the warm Sweet Syrup (मीठा सिरप).(मीठी चाशनी में भिगो दे)

-> Let Jalebis (जलेबी) soak in the hot syrup for a few seconds. Take out and gently place over a wire rack so that the excess syrup can drip from the jalebis. (चाशनी में से निकाल कर अलग रखे)

-> Tasty and sweet Apple Jalebi (सेब की जलेबी) is ready.
