बादाम पकोड़ा

Ingredients (सामग्री)

Almonds (बादाम) ----------  1 cup

Rice flour (चावल का आटा) ---------- 4 tablespoon

Gram flour (बेसन) ---------- 4 tsblespoon

Finely chopped onion (कटा हुआ प्याज) ---------- 4 tablespoon

Finely chopped Green coriander (कटा हरा धनिया) ----------  4 tablespoon

Slices of bread (ब्रेड) ----------  4

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste 

Black pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Chaat masala (चाट मसाला) ---------- 12 smallspoon

Oil (तेल) ----------  for Fry

How to make Badam Pakora (बादाम पकोड़ा बनाने की विधि)

-> First soaked the Almonds (बादाम) into water for 4-5 hours. (बादाम को पानी में भिगो कर रखे)

-> After takenout the Almonds (बादाम) into water and peel it and grated it. (पानी से निकाल कर पीसे)

-> You also cuts the side of bread (ब्रेड) and make the Bread crumbs (ब्रेड चूरा). (ब्रेड की साइड कटे और ब्रेड का चूरा कर ले)

-> Now take Rice flour (चावल का आटा) + Gram flour (बेसन) + Almonds (बादाम) + chopped onion (कटा हुआ प्याज) + chopped onion (कटा हुआ प्याज) + Salt (नमक) + Black pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर)  + Chaat masala (चाट मसाला) and mixed very and make smooth dough. If need be, sprinkle little water. (चावल का आटा + बेसन + बादाम + कटा हुआ प्याज + नमक + काली मिर्च पाउडर + चाट मसाला को मिला ले)

-> Now divide the mixture into equal part and make small rolls from the mixtures and press the rolls slightly to make them little flat. (मिश्रण को बराबर भाग में बाटे और छोटी गेंद बना कर चपटा करे)

-> Heat the Oil (तेल) in  a Cauldron (कडाही). When Oil (तेल) became hot then fried the Badam Pakora (बादाम पकोड़ा) on medium flame gas. Fried the Banana Cutlet (केले के कटलेट) on both side until they turn to golden brown in color or crispy. (गरम तेल में कटलेट तल ले)

-> Badam Pakora (बादाम पकोड़ा) is ready to served. Served it with mint chutney (पुदीना की चटनी) or tomato chutney (टमाटर की चटनी) (पुदीना और टमाटर की चटनी से परोसे)
