Bajra Kela ki Roti

बाजरे केले की रोटी

Ingredients (सामग्री):

Millet flour (बाजरे का आटा) ---------- 2 cup

Ripe banana (पका केला) ---------- 2

Sugar (चीनी) ---------- 2 table spoon

Sesame seeds (तिल) ---------- 1 tablespoon

White Butter (सफ़ेद मक्खन) ---------- to spread on palm (हथेली पर लगाने के लिये)

How to make Bajra Kela ki Roti (बाजरे केले की रोटी बनाने की विधि)

-> First filtrate the Millet flour (बाजरे का आटा) in a plate and mashed the Ripe banana (पका केला) in a bowl very well. (आटा छान ले और पके केले को मसल ले)

-> Now add mashed Ripe banana (मसला हुआ पका केला) + Sugar (चीनी) + Sesame seeds (तिल) in Millet flour (बाजरे का आटा) and make a soft dough (गूथा आटा) with the help of water (पानी) and keep this dough for 15-20 minute. (मसला हुआ केला + चीनी + तिल आटे मे मिलाये और पानी की सहायता से नरम गूथ ले)

-> Now make a small balls like lemon in size. (आटे की छोटी गेंदे बनाये)

-> Now with the help of Rolling pin (बेलन) make a 6-7 inch roti. You can use the dry flour to make the roti. And put it on hot tava. (सूखे आटे की सहायता से पतला - पतला बेल ले) 

-> When roti cooked on one side the change the side of roti. Now with the help of Tongs (चिमटा) cooked the roti on gas.(जब रोटी एक तरफ से सिक जाये तो पलट कर चिमटे से पकड़ कर धीमी आंच पर सेक ले)

-> Tasty and hot Bajra Kela ki Roti (बाजरे केले की रोटी) is ready. Served it with fresh curd (ताजा दही), Mango Pickle (आम के आचार), Sweet Chutney (मीठी चटनी). (दही-आम के आचार-मीठी चटनी से परोसे).
