Banana Pancakes

केले पैनकेक

Ingredients (सामग्री)


Ripe bananas (पका हुआ केले) ---------- 2

Rice flour (चावल का आटा) ---------- 1/4 cup

All purpose flour (Maida) (सभी उद्देश्य आटा (मैदा)) ---------- 2 tablespoon

Cardamom powder(इलायची पाउडर) ---------- 1 pinch

Sugar (चीनी) ---------- to taste

Raisins (किशमिश) ---------- 2 smallspoon

Chopped Cashews (कटे काजू) ---------- 2 smallspoon

Ghee (घी) ---------- to fry


How to make Banana Pancakes (केले पैनकेक बनाने की विधि)


-> First peel the Ripe bananas (पका हुआ केले) and mashed them very well. (केले को मैशेड करे)


-> Now add Rice flour (चावल का आटा) + Maida (मैदा) + Sugar (चीनी) + Cardamom powder (इलायची पाउडर) into mashed Ripe bananas (पका हुआ केले) and mixed is very well with your hands or use a blender. (चावल का आटा + मैदा + चीनी + इलायची पाउडर + मैशेड केले को मिलाये)


-> Now you add Raisins (किशमिश)  + Chopped Cashews (कटे काजू) and mixed very well. (इसमें किशमिश + काजू मिलाये)


-> Take a non stick tawa and heat it and put the some Ghee (घी). Now take 1 tablespoon Pancakes solution (पैनकेक का घोल) and spread over the tawa. You also spread the some Oil (तेल)  around the Pancakes (पैनकेक) and cooked it on medium flame gas. (नॉन स्टिक तवे पर तेल + पैनकेक का घोल फैलाये और सेके)


-> When the below surface of Pancakes (पैनकेक ) became brown in color then turn it over with the help of ladle (कलछी) and roast it on other side. (नीचे बाली सतह ब्राउन होने पर पलते और दूसरी तरफ सेके)


-> Banana Pancakes (केले पैनकेक) is ready.
