Banana spicy Sabzi

(केले की चटपटी सब्जी)

Ingredients (सामग्री)

Raw Banana (कच्चे केले) ---------- 4

Fennel (सौंफ) ---------- 1 spoon

Cumin (जीरा) ---------- 1 spoon

Asafetida (हींग) ---------- 2 pinch

Water (पानी) ---------- 1-1/2 cup

Whole Coriander (धनिये के बीज) ---------- 1 spoon

Chopped Tomatoes (कटे हुए टमाटर) ---------- 3

Large Cardamom (बड़ी इलाइची) ---------- 2

Cloves (लौंग) ---------- 2

Poppy seed (खस-खस) ---------- 3 spoon

Onion (प्याज) ---------- 1

Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पावडर) ---------- 1/4 spoon

Lemon (नींबू)  ---------- 1

Whole Red Chili (सूखी लाल मिर्च) ----------2

Cinnamon (दालचीनी) ---------- 2

Curry Leves (कड़ी पत्ता) ---------- 10

Salt (नमक) ---------- 1 spoon

Chopped Green Coriander (बारीक कटा हरा धनियां) ---------- 2 spoon

Anardana powder (अनारदाना पावडर) ---------- 1 spoon

Grated Coconut (कसा हुआ नारियल) ---------- 1 spoon

Turmeric powder (हल्दी पावडर) ---------- 1/2 spoon

Garlic (लहसुन) ---------- 2

Oil (तेल) ---------- 5 tablespoon

Water (पानी) ---------- 1 liter

Black Pepper Powder (काली मिर्च पावडर) ---------- 1/2 spoon

How to make Banana spicy Sabzi (केले की चटपटी सब्जी बनाने की विधि)

-> First put the Raw Banana (कच्चे केले) into pressure cooker and add water (पानी) and Keep boiling. When cooker get 1 whistle then off the gas. (कच्चे केले + पानी  कुकर में डाल कर उबाले और १ सीटी आने पर गैस बंद कर दीजिये).  

-> When the pressure of the cooker is removed then taken out the Raw Banana (कच्चे केले). (उबले कच्चे केले को निकाले)

-> Now heat the Oil (तेल) in a fry Pan. When the Oil (तेल) became hot then add Cumin (जीरा) +  Grated Coconut (कसा हुआ नारियल) + Black Pepper Powder (काली मिर्च पावडर) + Fennel (सौंफ) + Cloves (लौंग) + Garlic (लहसुन) + Whole Coriander (धनिये के बीज) + Whole Red Chili (सूखी लाल मिर्च) + Large Cardamom (बड़ी इलाइची) + Cinnamon (दालचीनी) fried it and cooked it for 1 minute. After off the gas. (तेल + जीरा + कसा हुआ नारियल + काली मिर्च पावडर + लौंग + धनिये के बीज + सूखी लाल मिर्च + बड़ी इलाइची + दालचीनी मिला कर पकाये)

-> When all masala are cool then grind it into grinder. Now you add 1/2 cup Water (पानी) and again grind it. (मसाले ठंडे होने पर पानी के साथ मिक्सी में पीसे)

-> Now peel the boiled Raw Banana (उबले कच्चे केले) and mixed it into roasted masala very well. (उबले कच्चे केलो को छिलो और भुने मसालों में मिलाओ)

-> Now covered the boiled Raw Banana (उबले कच्चे केले) into Poppy seed (खस-खस). Now heat the 2 tablespoon Oil (तेल) in a fry Pan. When Oil (तेल) became hot then add boiled Raw Banana (उबले कच्चे केले) and fried it until it trun to golden brown in color. (मसाले लगे केलो को खस-खस में लपेटो और तेल में फ्राई करो)

-> Now in other fry Pan heat 1 tablespoon Oil (तेल). Now add Asafetida (हींग) + Onion (प्याज) + Curry Leves (कड़ी पत्ता) and fried it until Onion (प्याज) trun to golden brown in color. (तेल + हींग + प्याज + प्याज फ्राई करे)

-> After you add Chopped Tomatoes (कटे हुए टमाटर) + Turmeric powder (हल्दी पावडर) + Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पावडर) + Salt (नमक) and cooked it until Tomatoes (पावडर) became soft. After off the gas and cool this mixture. (इसमें टमाटर + हल्दी पावडर + लाल मिर्च पावडर + नमक + मिला कर पकाये)


-> When this Tomatoes -Onion mixture (टमाटर - प्याज मिश्रण) cool then grind it into grinder. Now heat the 1 cup water (पानी) into fry Pan. When water (पानी) became boiled then add Tomatoes -Onion mixture (टमाटर - प्याज मिश्रण) and cooked it for 6- 7 minute. (टमाटर - प्याज मिश्रण ठंडा करने पर पीसे और १ कप पानी में पकाए)

-> After You add fried boiled Raw Banana (उबले कच्चे केले) and again cooked it for 4-5 minute on medium flame gas. (इसमें उबले कच्चे केले मिला कर पकाये)

-> Your Banana spicy Sabzi (केले की चटपटी सब्जी ) is ready. Garnished it with Chopped Green Coriander (बारीक कटा हरा धनियां) and served it with naan (नान), roti (रोटी) or Parathed (पराठे) (हरे धनिये से सजाये और नान, रोटी, पराठे से परोसे)
