Basil Chicken in Coconut Curry Sauce

तुलसी चिकन नारियल करी सॉस

Ingredients (सामग्री)

1 lb skinless, boneless chicken (चिकन) thighs, cut into 1 1/2-inch chunks

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Cumin (जीरा) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Ground cloves (पीसी लौंग) ---------- 2 pinch

Cinnamon (दालचीनी) ---------- 1/4 smallspoon

Ground cardamom (पीसी इलायची) ---------- 1/4 smallspoon

Black pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Sliced onion (कटा हुआ प्याज) ---------- 1 large

Minced Garlic (कीमा बनाया हुआ लहसुन) ---------- 5 Cloves

Finely chopped fresh ginger (बारीक़ कटा हुआ ताजा अदरक) ---------- 1 tablespoon

Peanut oil (मूंगफली तेल) ---------- 2 tablespoon

Coconut milk (नारियल का दूध) ---------- 1 1/4 Cup

Lemon juice (नीबू का रस) ---------- 1 tablespoon

Fresh basil leaves (ताजे तुलसी के पत्ते) ---------- 12-20

How to make Basil Chicken in Coconut Curry Sauce (तुलसी चिकन नारियल करी सॉस बनाने की विधि)

-> In a bowl take Salt (नमक) + Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर) + Cumin (जीरा) + Ground cloves (पीसी लौंग) + Cinnamon (दालचीनी) + Black pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर) + Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) + Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) and mix well and keep aside. (नमक + धनिया पाउडर + जीरा + दालचीनी + काली मिर्च पाउडर + लाल मिर्च पाउडर + हल्दी पाउडर को मिला कर अलग रखे)

-> Heat the Peanut oil (मूंगफली तेल) in a deep non stick pan. When the oil (तेल) became hot then add Sliced onion (कटा हुआ प्याज) and fried it until onion (प्याज) turns to brown in color. (मूंगफली तेल + प्याज को फ्राई करे)

-> Now you add Minced Garlic (कीमा बनाया हुआ लहसुन) + Finely chopped fresh ginger (बारीक़ कटा हुआ ताजा अदरक) and fried it for 1 minute more. After you add spice mixture (मसाला मिश्रण) and fried it. (इसमें कीमा बनाया हुआ लहसुन + अदरक मिला कर फ्राई करे)

-> Add Coconut milk (नारियल का दूध) + Chicken Pieces (चिकन के टुकड़े) + Salt (नमक) and cooked it. Stir the mixture so that the chicken pieces are coated in the coconut milk. Cover it and cooked it on medium flame gas for 20 minutes. (नारियल का दूध + चिकन के टुकड़े + नमक मिला कर ढककर पकाये)

-> When the Chicken (चिकन) became soft then off the gas and add Fresh basil leaves (ताजे तुलसी के पत्ते) + Lemon juice (नीबू का रस). (चिकन के सॉफ्ट होने पर इसमें ताजे तुलसी के पत्ते + नीबू का रस मिलाये)

-> Basil Chicken in Coconut Curry Sauce (तुलसी चिकन नारियल करी सॉस) is ready.
