Bengali Paneer Laddoo Recipe (बंगाली पनीर लड्डू व्यंजन )

Ingredients (सामग्री):

Mashed paneer (कसा पनीर) ---------------- 250 gms 

Plain flour (maida) सादा आटा (मैदा) ---------------- 500 gms 

Cardamom powder (इलायची पाउडर) --------------- 1 tsp 

Sugar (चीनी) ---------------- 2 cups 

Ghee (घी) ---------------- 1 tbsp 

Oil (तेल) --------------- for cooking

Milk (दूध) --------------- as required


How to make Bengali Paneer Laddoo Recipe (बंगाली पनीर लड्डू व्यंजन बनाने की विधि)


-> First mix the Ghee (घी) in Plain flour (मैदा) and mix well. After you add the Milk (दूध) gradually so that no lumps (गांठ) remain in this mixture.


-> After add Mashed paneer (कसा पनीर) and mix well till the mixture becomes thick.


-> Now add Cardamom powder (इलायची पाउडर) and mix well.


-> Now Make sugar syrup (चाशनी) of one string consistency with sugar and one and a half cups of water and keep aside.


-> Now heat Ghee (घी) in kadhai and fry the mixture till golden brown


-> Before serving sock the mixture in sugar syrup (चाशनी) for at least two hours. 


Serve ---------- परोसना

Lumps ---------- गांठ

Mixture ---------- मिश्रण

Mashed ---------- मसला हुआ

Thickness ---------- मोटाई

Thick ---------- गाढ़ा

And keep a side ------------ अलग रख दो 

Syrup ------------ चाशनी
