Besan Barfi (बेसन की बर्फी)

Ingredients (सामग्री)


Gram-flour (बेसन) ---------- 2 cup or 250 gms

Sugar (चीनी) ---------- 250 gms or 1-1/2 cup 

Desi Ghee (देशी घी) ---------- 1 cup  (200 gms)

Milk (दूध) ---------- 2 tablespoon

Pistachios (पिस्ते) ---------- 1 tablespoon

Small Cardamom Powder (छोटी इलाइची पाउडर) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Cashew nut (काजू) ---------- 2 tablespoon


How to make Besan Barfi (बेसन की बर्फी बनाने की विधि)


-> First take the Gram-flour (बेसन) in a plate and add  Milk (दूध) + 2 tablespoon Desi Ghee (देशी घी) and mixed very well. (बेसन + दूध + देशी घी मिलाये)


-> Now filtrate the Gram-flour (बेसन) and cut the Cashew nut (काजू) into 6-7 pieces, cuts the Pistachios (पिस्ते) into long pieces. ( बेसन मिश्रण छान कर काजू+पिस्ते काट ले)


-> Now take a fry pan and heat the Desi Ghee (देशी घी). When Desi Ghee (देशी घी) became hot then add Gram-flour (बेसन). Fried the Gram-flour (बेसन) on low flame gas until it turn to golden brown in color. Take this Gram-flour (बेसन) in a plate. (घी + बेसन मिश्रण भुन ले)


-> Now take a fry pan. You add Sugar (चीनी) + 1/2 Cup water (पानी) and cooked it 4-5 minute. When sugar syrup is made then Gram-flour (बेसन) and mixed it with tablespoon after you add Pistachios (पिस्ते) + Small Cardamom Powder (छोटी इलाइची पाउडर) + Cashew nut (काजू) and mixed very well. (चीनी + पानी पकाये इसमे बेसन + पिस्ते + छोटी इलाइची पाउडर + काजू डालकर पकाये)


-> Now spread the ghee (घी) in a plate after you also spread the Gram-flour (बेसन) mixture with the help of Ladle (करछुल). You also spread the some Pistachios (पिस्ते) and  Cashew nut (काजू) on that mixture and Press it into Besan Barfi (बेसन की बर्फी ). (थाली में थोडा सा घी लगा कर बर्फी के मिश्रण को थाली में डाले और कलछी से फैला दीजिये)


-> Keep this burfi for 2 hour. After it you cuts the burfi with knife in your favorite sized. . (आप अपने मनपसंद आकर में काट ले)


-> Besan Barfi (बेसन की बर्फी) is ready.
