Black Grape Sharbat

काले अंगूर का शर्बत

Ingredients (सामग्री):

Black Grapes (काले अंगूर) ---------- 4 cup

Cumin (जीरा) ---------- 3/4 smallspoon

Fennel (सौंफ़) ---------- 1 smallspoon

Ajwain (अज्वैन) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Black Salt (काला नमक) ---------- to taste

Tamarind pulp (इमली का गूदा) ---------- 1 tablespoon

Mint leaf (पोदीने की पत्ती) ---------- 3-4

Ice cubes (बर्फ के टुकड़े)

How to make Black Grape Sharbat (काले अंगूर का शर्बत बनाने की विधि)

-> First roast the Cumin (जीरा) + Fennel (सौंफ़) + Ajwain (अज्वैन) on tava. When all these masala are roasted then grind it into mixi (सभी मसाले भुने और पीस ले)

-> Now Grind the Black Grapes (काले अंगूर) into mixi. After you add all masala powder into Black Grapes mixture (काले अंगूर का मिश्रण) and mixed very well. ( काले अंगूर पीसे और मसालों का पाउडर मिलाया)

-> After you add Tamarind pulp (इमली का गूदा) + Black Salt (काला नमक) into Black Grapes mixture (काले अंगूर का मिश्रण) and grind it again. (इमली का गूदा + काला नमक अंगूर के मिश्रण में मिलाये)

-> Now you add Ice cubes (बर्फ के टुकड़े) into Sharbat and grind it again into mixi. (बर्फ के टुकड़े डाल कर पीसे )

-> Your Black Grape Sharbat (काले अंगूर का शर्बत ) is ready. Garnished it with Mint leaf (पोदीने की पत्ती) (शर्बत को पोदीने की पत्ती से सजाये)
