Bombil Batata Bhaji

बोम्बिल बताता भाजी

Ingredients (सामग्री)


Bombil Fish (बोम्बिल मछली) ---------- 10

Coriander leaves (धनिया पत्ते) ---------- a small bunch

Green chilli (हरी मिर्च) ---------- 5

Grated Coconut (कसा हुआ नारियल) ---------- 1/2 cup

Garlic paste (लहसुन पेस्ट) ---------- 3 smallspoon

Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) ---------- 1 smallspoon

Potato (आलू) ---------- 5

Chilli powder (मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 3 smallspoon

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Oil (तेल) ---------- For requirement


How to make Bombil Batata Bhaji (बोम्बिल बताता भाजी बनाने की विधि)


-> First Cut the Bombil Fish (बोम्बिल मछली) into slices and then wash and dry. (बोम्बिल मछली को काटे और धो ले और सुखा दे)


-> Now take the Chilli powder (मिर्च पाउडर) + Garlic paste (लहसुन पेस्ट) + Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) + Salt (नमक) and mix it in a bowl. Apply this paste on the fish slices (मछली स्लाइस). (मिर्च पाउडर + लहसुन पेस्ट + हल्दी पाउडर + नमक को मिला ले और मछली के टुकड़ो पर लगाये)


-> Now cut Green chilli (हरी मिर्च) into pieces. You also grind the coconut (नारियल) + Green chilli (हरी मिर्च) + Salt (नमक) and make a paste. (हरी मिर्च + नारियल + नमक को पीस कर पेस्ट बना ले)


-> Peel skin of Potato (आलू) and cut into slices. (आलू छिले और काटे)


-> Now mix the coconut paste (नारियल का पेस्ट) into Potato slices (आलू स्लाइस). (आलू स्लाइस पर नारियल का पेस्ट लगाये)


-> Mix fish (मछली) into potato (आलू) in a bowl and set aside for an hour. (अब इसमें मछली मिला कर रख दे)


-> Now heat Oil (तेल) in a heavy bottomed pan.When Oil (तेल) became hot then add fish (मछली) + potato (आलू) and shake the vessel such that Oil (तेल) spreads over fish (मछली) and potato (आलू). (तेल + मछली + आलू को अच्छी तरह टॉस करे)


-> Cover with a lid and cook on a low flame. When fish and potato are cooked, switch off the gas. (इसको ढक कर मछली + आलू के गलने तक पका ले)


-> Bombil Batata Bhaji (बोम्बिल बताता भाजी) is ready. Garnished it with Coriander leaves (धनिया पत्ते). (धनिया पत्ते से सजाये)
