ब्रेड और फ्रूट्स बॉल

Ingredients (सामग्री)

Bread  Slices (ब्रेड) ---------- 4 

Sugar (चीनी) ---------- 3 tablespoon

Milk (ढूध) ---------- 1 Cup

Condensed Milk (गाढ़ा किया हुआ दूध) ---------- 1 tablespoon

Vanilla Essence (वेनिला एसेंस)  ---------- 1 smallspoon

Chopped Mixed Fruits (कटे फल) ---------- 1/2 Cup (Apple,Banana,grapes) (सेब, केला, अंगूर)

How to make Bread and Fruit Balls (ब्रेड और फ्रूट्स बॉल बनाने की विधि)

-> First Cut the sides of the Bread  (ब्रेड)and keep it aside. (ब्रेड के किनारे काटे)

-> Now Heat Milk (ढूध) in a pan and bring it to boil. (ढूध उबालने रखे)

-> Now add Sugar (चीनी) + Condensed Milk (गाढ़ा किया हुआ दूध). After off the gas and add Vanilla Essence (वेनिला एसेंस) and keep is aside for cooling. (इसमें चीनी + गाढ़ा किया हुआ दूध + वेनिला एसेंस मिलाये) 

-> Now deep the Bread  Slices (ब्रेड) into water (पानी) for 2 seconds. (ब्रेड को भिगो कर निकाले)

-> After place the wet bread slice (गीली ब्रेड स्लाइस) between palms and press it gently to squeeze (निचोड़) out the water. (गीली ब्रेड स्लाइस को हथेली में रख कर निचोड़ कर पानी निकाल ले)

-> Now Fill the bread slices with the Chopped Mixed Fruits (कटे फल) and make round balls. (ब्रेड को कटे फल से भर कर बंद करे और बॉल बना ले)

-> Now place the the balls in a serving bowl and pour the Milk mixture (ढूध मिश्रण) over it. (बॉल को प्लेट में रख कर ढूध मिश्रण डाले)

-> Your tasty Bread and Fruit Balls (ब्रेड और फ्रूट्स बॉल)is ready. Garnished it with Almonds (बादाम) and Serve chilled. (बादाम डाल कर और ठंडा ठंडा परोसे)
