ब्रेड चाट

Ingredients (सामग्री)

Bread (ब्रेड) ---------- 2

Green Peas (हरी मटर) ---------- 1/2 cup

Yogurt (दही) ---------- 1/2 cup

Tamarind Chutney (इमली की चटनी) ---------- as needed

Green Chutney (हरी चटनी) ---------- as needed

Roasted Cumin Powder (भुना जीरा पाउडर) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Red Chilly Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 1/4 smallspoon

Chaat masala (चाट मसाला) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Boiled Potato (उबला हुआ आलू) ---------- 1 (chopped)

Chopped Onions (कटा हुआ प्याज) ---------- 1

Chopped Tomato (कटा हुआ टमाटर) ---------- 1

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

chopped Green coriander (कटा हरा धनिया) ---------- 2 tablespoon

Apple or Gram-flour Boondi (सेब बेसन या बूंदी) ---------- 1/2 cup

How to make Bread Chaat (ब्रेड चाट बनाने की विधि)

-> First washed the Green Peas (हरी मटर) and add water (पानी) + Salt (नमक) and keep boiling into Pressure cooker for 8-9 minute. (हरी मटर को धो ले और पानी + नमक मिला कर कुकर में पका ले)

-> Now put the Bread (ब्रेड) into oven or you can toast the Bread (ब्रेड) to make the crispy Bread (ब्रेड). You also deep fry the Bread pieces (ब्रेड टुकड़े). (ब्रेड को कुरकुरा बनाने के लिये ओवन में टोस्ट कर ले या ब्रेड को तल ले)

-> Now first arranged the some Bread pieces (ब्रेड टुकड़े) into serving dish. After you pour some boiled Green Peas (हरी मटर) (प्लेट में सबसे पहेले ब्रेड के टुकड़े रखे बाद में हरी मटर रखे)

-> Now you put the some boiled Potato (उबला हुआ आलू) +  Chopped Onions (कटा हुआ प्याज) + Chopped Tomato (कटा हुआ टमाटर) +  chopped Green coriander (कटा हरा धनिया) (बाद में उबला हुआ आलू + कटा हुआ प्याज + कटा हुआ प्याज + हरा धनिया डाले)

-> After you pour little Tamarind Chutney (इमली की चटनी) and Green Chutney (हरी चटनी) then pour the Yogurt (दही) over that. (ऊपर दे इमली की चटनी + दही डाले)

-> Sprinkle some Red Chilly Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) + Roasted Cumin Powder (भुना जीरा पाउडर) + Chaat masala (चाट मसाला) + Salt (नमक) (बाद में लाल मिर्च पाउडर + भुना जीरा पाउडर + चाट मसाला छिडके)

-> Before served sprinkle Apple or Gram-flour Boondi (सेब बेसन या बूंदी) on top and serve immediately. (परोसने से पहेले सेब या बेसन बूंदी डाले और परोसे)
