Bread Kofta

(ब्रेड कोफ्ता)

Ingredients (सामग्री):


Potato (आलू) ---------- 500 gms

Green Peas (मटर के दाने) ---------- 100 gms

Onion (प्याज) ---------- 100 gms

Big Bread (बड़ी ब्रेड) ---------- 400 gms

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- To taste

Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर) ---------- 1 smallspoon

Cumin (जीरा) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Garam Masala (गरम मसाला) ---------- 1 smallspoon

Amchoor Powder (अमचूर पाउडर) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Oil (तेल) ---------- For fry


How to make Bread Kofta (ब्रेड कोफ्ता बनाने की विधि)


-> First boiled the Potato (आलू) and Green Peas (मटर के दाने). When Potato (आलू) is cool the peel it and mashed it. (आलू + मटर के दानो को उबाल ले और  आलू ठंडा  पर छिले और मैशेड करे)


-> Cut the Onion (प्याज) into small pieces you also grated the Onion (प्याज) . (प्याज बारीक़ काटे पीसे)


-> Heat the 2 tablespoon Oil (तेल) in a Cauldron (कडाही). When Oil (तेल) became hot then add Potato (आलू) + Green Peas (मटर के दाने) + Salt (नमक) + Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)  and cooked it for 7-8 minute. (तेल + आलू + मटर के दाने + नमक + लाल मिर्च पाउडर को फ्राई करे)


-> Now take a Big Bread (बड़ी ब्रेड) and soaked it into water for 15 second. After it remove the water of the bread (ब्रेड) by the presser of hand. Now put the some Potato mixture (आलू मिश्रण) on the wet bread (गीली ब्रेड) and roll it and make a small sized ball. Make all the kofte is same type. (बड़ी ब्रेड को पानी में भिगो कर निकाल कर हाथ से दबा कर पानी निकाल दे बाद में इसमें आलू मिश्रण रख कर गेंद बना ले )


-> Now heat the Oil (तेल) in a Cauldron (कडाही). When Oil (तेल) became hot the drop the one ball and deep fry the kota on medium flame gas until it trun to golden brown in color. Fried all the kofta is same type. (तेल + कोफ्ते तल ले)


-> Now take another Cauldron (कडाही) and heat the 2 tablespoon Oil (तेल). When Oil (तेल) became hot then add Cumin (जीरा) and fried it for 1 minute. Now you add Onion (प्याज) and fried it until Onion (प्याज) trun to golden brown in color. After you add Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर) + Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर). (तेल + जीरा + प्याज + हल्दी पाउडर + धनिया पाउडर फ्राई करे)


-> When all masala is cooked then add water (पानी). When curry became boiled then slow the gas and add Salt (नमक) and cooked it for 6-8 minute. (इसमें पानी + नमक मिला कर पकाये)


-> Now you add Kofta (कोफ्ता ) + Garam Masala (गरम मसाला) + Amchoor Powder (अमचूर पाउडर) and cooked it for 3 - 4 minute. (तरी में कोफ्ता + गरम मसाला + अमचूर पाउडर मिला कर पका ले)


-> Different tyep of Bread Kofta (ब्रेड कोफ्ता) is ready. Served it with Naan (नान), Roti (चपाती) or Parathe(परांठे). (नान, चपाती, परांठे से परोसे)
