ब्रेड पकोड़ा

Ingredients (सामग्री)


Gram-Flour (बेसन) ---------- 200 gms

Bread Slice (ब्रेड स्लाइस) ---------- 5

Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) ---------- 1/4 spoon

Coriander Powder (धनियां पाउडर) ---------- 1 spoon

Carom Seeds (अजवायन) ---------- 1/2 small spoon

Chopped Green Chili (बारीक कटी हुई हरी मिर्च) ---------- 2

Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 1/4 small spoon

Oil (तेल) ---------- For fried

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste


How to make Bread Pakoda (ब्रेड पकोड़ा बनाने की विधि)


-> First filtrate (छानना) the Gram-flour (बेसन) and mixed the water (पानी) and make the smooth Paste. (बेसन छाने और पानी मिला कर चिकना मिलाये)


-> Now you add Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) + Salt (नमक) + Coriander Powder (धनियां पाउडर)  + Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) + Carom Seeds (अजवायन) + Chopped Green Chili (बारीक कटी हुई हरी मिर्च) into Gram-flour mixture (बेसन मिश्रण). (इसमें हल्दी पाउडर + धनियां पाउडर + लाल मिर्च पाउडर + अजवायन  + हरी मिर्च मिलाये)


-> Now cut the Bread Slice (ब्रेड स्लाइस) into your Favorites shape. (ब्रेड स्लाइस को अपने मनपसंद आकर में काट ले)


-> Heat the Oil (तेल) in Cauldron (कडाही). When Oil (तेल) became hot then take one bread slice and Wrap it in gram flour and drop it into hot Oil (तेल) and fried it on medium flame. You can fried 5-6 Pakora (पकोड़े) at one time. Taken out this Pakora (पकोड़े) into plate. (ब्रेड पकोड़ा को बेसन घोल में लपेटे और गरम तेल में तल ले)


-> Hot - hot Bread Pakoda (ब्रेड पकोड़ा) is ready. Served it with Tomato chutney (टमाटर की चटनी), green coriander chutney (हरे धनिये की चटनी), Chili sauce (चिल्ली सास) or  Tomato sauce (टमाटर सास) (टमाटर की चटनी + हरे धनिये की चटनी  + चिल्ली सास + टमाटर सास से परोसे)
