Cabbage Soup

पत्ता गोभी का सूप

Ingredients (सामग्री):

Cabbage (पत्ता गोभी) ---------- 1 Medium Size

Chopped Onion (कटी प्याज) ---------- 2

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste 

Tomato (टमाटर) ---------- 4 Medium Size

Green Capsicum (हरी शिमला मिर्च) ---------- 1 

Black Pepper Powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- To taste 

Lemon Juice (नींबू का रस) ---------- 4 tablespoon

Chopped coriander leaves (कटा हरा धनिया) ---------- For Garnish

How to make Cabbage Soup (पत्ता गोभी का सूप बनाने की विधि)

-> First cut the Cabbage (पत्ता गोभी) in pieces and after washed it in clean Water (पानी). Tomato (टमाटर) also washed in clean Water (पानी) and cut into pieces. (पत्ता गोभी - टमाटर धो कर काट ले)

-> Now heat the pan and cook the Chopped Onion (कटी प्याज)  for 1-2 mintue. (प्याज फ़्राइ करे)

-> Now add Cabbage (पत्ता गोभी) + Salt (नमक) and stir slowly. After you add 4 Water (पानी) and cooked it for 2-3 minute (इसमे पत्ता गोभी + नमक डाल कर  ढक कर पकाए)

-> Now add Tomato (टमाटर) + Black Pepper Powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर) and mixed very well and cooked it for 2-3 minute. After you add the Green Capsicum (हरी शिमला मिर्च) and cooked it. Cook it 8-9 minutes until it covered. (टमाटर + काली मिर्च पाउडर + हरी शिमला मिर्च मिला कर पकाए)

-> After you add Lemon Juice (नींबू का रस) and mixed well and off the gas flame (नींबू का रस मिलाये)

-> Your's hot Cabbage Soup (पत्ता गोभी का सूप ) is ready to served and garnished it with Chopped coriander leaves (कटा हरा धनिया) ( हरा धनिये से सजाये)
