शिमला मिर्च पनीर की सब्जी

Ingredients (सामग्री):

Capsicum (शिमला मिर्च) ---------- 8 small in sized

Cheese (पनीर) ---------- 200 gms

Green Peas (मटर के दाने) ---------- 50 gms

Poppy Seed (खसखस) ---------- 10 gms

Tomatoes (टमाटर) ---------- 3 big in sized

Onion (प्याज) ---------- 3 big in sized

Raisins (किशमिश) ---------- 10 gms

Almond (बादाम) ---------- 25 gms

Turmeric Powder  (हल्दी पाउडर) ---------- 1/2 spoon

Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 1/4 spoon

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Oil (तेल) ---------- 2 tablespoon

How to make Capsicum Cheese Sabzi (शिमला मिर्च पनीर की सब्जी बनाने की विधि)

-> First cuts the stalk of the Capsicum (शिमला मिर्च) and with the help of peeler empty the Capsicum (शिमला मिर्च) .(शिमला मिर्च को डंठल  और चाकू की  सहायता से उसको अंदर से खाली कर दे)

-> Now grated the Cheese (पनीर) and add boiled Green Peas (मटर के दाने) + Raisins (किशमिश) + Salt (नमक) and mixed very well.  Fill the Capsicum (शिमला मिर्च) with Cheese Mixture (पनीर मिश्रण) .(पनीर कस ले और इमसे मटर के दाने + किशमिश + नमक मिला कर शिमला मिर्च में भर दे)

-> Now soaked the Poppy Seed (खसखस) into water. Now grind the Poppy Seed (खसखस) + Almond (बादाम) and make a smooth paste. You also grind the Onion (प्याज) + Tomatoes (टमाटर) and make a smooth paste. (खसखस को पानी में भिगो दे और बादाम के साथ पीस कर चिकना पेस्ट बना ले, प्याज + टमाटर को भी पीसे)

-> Now heat the Oil (तेल) in a Cauldron (कडाही). When Oil (तेल) became hot then add Onion - Tomatoes Paste (प्याज - टमाटर पेस्ट) and cooked it for 3-4 minute. Now you add Poppy Seed - Almond Paste (खसखस - बादाम पेस्ट)  + Salt (नमक) + Turmeric Powder  (हल्दी पाउडर) + Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) and mixed very well and cooked it for 5 minute. (तेल + प्याज - टमाटर पेस्ट + खसखस - बादाम पेस्ट + नमक + हल्दी पाउडर + लाल मिर्च पाउडर मिला  कर फ्राई करे)

-> According to your gravy requirement you can add water. When curry became cooked then add Stuffed Capsicum (शिमला मिर्च) and cooked this for 5-6 minute. (अपने  अनुसार पानी मिला कर भरंवा शिमला मिर्च डाल कर पकाये)

-> Your tasty Capsicum Cheese Sabzi (शिमला मिर्च पनीर की सब्जी) is ready and served it with Rice(चावल), Naan (नान), Roti (चपाती) or Parathe(परांठे). (चावल, नान, चपाती, परांठे से परोसे)
