Carrot Tomato Puris Recipe

गाजर टमाटर की पूरी

Ingredients (सामग्री):

Wheat flour (गेहूं का आटा) ---------- 2 cup

Tomato (टमाटर) ---------- 2

Carrot (गाजर) ---------- 2

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste 

Oil (तेल) ---------- For Fry

Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 1 Small Spoon

How to make Carrot Tomato Puris Recipe (गाजर टमाटर की पूरी बनाने की विधि)

-> First wash the Carrot (गाजर) and Tomato (टमाटर). Now peel the Carrot (गाजर) and grated the Carrot (गाजर) and grind the Tomato (टमाटर) into grinder. (गाजर छिले और कद्दूकस करे और टमाटर को पीस ले)

-> Now mixed the Carrot (गाजर) + Tomato (टमाटर). (गाजर + टमाटर मिलाये)

-> Take a Wheat flour (गेहूं का आटा) and filtrate (छानना) the Wheat flour (गेहूं का आटा) in a rosette (थाली). (आटे को छान ले)

-> Nw add 3 tablespoon Oil (तेल) + Salt (नमक) + Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) in Wheat flour (गेहूं का आटा) and mixed very well. (आटे में तेल + नमक + लाल मिर्च पाउडर मिलाये)

-> Now with the help of Carrot (गाजर) + Tomato (टमाटर) paste and make a soft dough (गूथा आटा). Leave this soft dough (गूथा आटा) for 15 - 20 minute. गाजर-टमाटर मिश्रण आटा  गूथ ले)

-> Now make a small balls out of the dough (गूथा आटा). (आटे की छोटी गेंदे बनाये)

-> Heat the oil in a pan. Now slightly roll dough (गूथा आटा) small balls and make size just like a small roti. Drop the rolled puri in the oil carefully and fried both side. This should take only a few seconds. Flip the poori over and cook the other side until golden brown. (बेलन से पूरी बेले और गरम मे तेल दोनो तरफ से तल ले)

-> Served the hot puri with chutney and any other vegetables. (चटनी + सब्ज़ी से परोसे)
