Cauliflower keema

(फूलगोभी कीमा)

Ingredients (सामग्री):


Cauliflower (फूलगोभी) ---------- 1 kg.

Onion (प्याज) ---------- 100 gms

Tomato (टमाटर) ---------- 200 gms

Ginger (अदरक) ---------- 10 gms

Garlic (लहसुन) ---------- 8 (Bud (कली)

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Cumin (जीरा) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- To taste

Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Green Coriander (हरा धनिया) ---------- 1 tablespoon

Oil (तेल) ---------- 200 gms


How to make Cauliflower keema (फूलगोभी कीमा बनाने की विधि)


-> First cuts the stalk the Cauliflower (फूलगोभी) and washed the Cauliflower (फूलगोभी). After you grated the Cauliflower (फूलगोभी). (फूलगोभी की डंठल तोड़ कर गोभी धो ले और कदुकस कर ले)


-> Cuts the Onion (प्याज) into long and thin pieces. (प्याज को पतले और लम्बे टुकडो में काट ले)


-> You also cuts the Tomato (टमाटर) + Ginger (अदरक) + Garlic (लहसुन) into small pieces. (टमाटर + अदरक + लहसुन को भी काटे)


-> Now heat the Oil (तेल) in a Cauldron (कडाही). When Oil (तेल) became hot then add Cumin (जीरा) and fried it for 1 minute. After you add Onion (प्याज) and fried it until Onion (प्याज) trun to golden brown in color. After you add Tomato (टमाटर) + Ginger (अदरक) + Garlic (लहसुन) and cooked it for 5-6 minute. (तेल + जीरा + प्याज + टमाटर + अदरक + लहसुन को फ्राई करे)


-> Now you add grated Cauliflower (फूलगोभी) + Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) + Salt (नमक) + Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर) + 1/2 cup water (पानी) and cooked it on medium flame gas. But stir the Cauliflower (फूलगोभी) on regular bases. (फूलगोभी + लाल मिर्च पाउडर + नमक + हल्दी पाउडर + पानी डाल कर पका ले)


-> Tasty Cauliflower keema (फूलगोभी कीमा) is ready. Garnished it with Green Coriander (हरा धनिया). (हरे धनिये से सजाये)

 (भरवां आलू)

Ingredients (सामग्री)

Potato (आलू) ---------- 10 medium sized

Amchoor Powder (अमचूर पाउडर) ---------- 1/4 smallspoon
