Chana Palak ki sabzi

 (चने पालक की सब्जी)

Ingredients (सामग्री):

Spinach (पालक) ---------- 1 kg.

Kabli gram (काबली चना) ---------- 180 gms or 1 cup

Coriander Powder (धनियां पाउडर) ---------- 1 spoon

Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 1/4 smallspoon

Ginger (अदरक) ---------- 1 inch long pieces

Oil (तेल) ---------- 2 tablespoon

Asafoetida (हींग) ---------- 1-2 pinch

Cumin (जीरा) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Salt (नमक) ---------- to taste

Garam Masala (गरम मसाला) ---------- 1/4 smallspoon

Green Coriander (हरा धनियां) ---------- 1 tablespoon

Tomatoes (टमाटर) ---------- 250 gms

Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Green pepper (हरी मिर्च) ---------- 2

How to make Chana Palak ki sabzi (चने पालक की सब्जी बनाने की विधि)

-> First clean the Kabli gram (काबली चना) and soak it into water (पानी) for 9-10 hours. And remover the Stalk of  Spinach (पालक की डंडिया) and wahsed the Spinach (पालक) 2-3 time with clean water. (चने धो कर पानी मे भिगो दे और पालक धो कर डंडिया तोड़ ले)

-> Now cuts the Spinach (पालक) and boiled the Kabli gram (काबली चना) into cooker. When cooker gets 2 Whistle, then off the gas. (चने प्रेशर कुकर में उबाले और पालक काटे)

-> Now take Tomatoes (टमाटर) + Green pepper (हरी मिर्च) + Ginger (अदरक) into grinder and grind it and make a smooth paste. (टमाटर + हरी मिर्च + अदरक पीस ले)

-> Now heat the Oil (तेल) in fry pan. When Oil (तेल) became hot then add Cumin (जीरा) + Asafoetida (हींग). Now you add Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) + Coriander Powder (धनियां पाउडर) and Tomatoes-Green pepper-Ginger paste ( टमाटर-हरी मिर्च-अदरक का पेस्ट) + Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) and fry all these masala. (तेल + जीरा + हींग + हल्दी पाउडर + धनियां पाउडर + टमाटर-हरी मिर्च-अदरक का पेस्ट + लाल मिर्च पाउडर फ़्राइ करे )

-> Now you add Spinach (पालक) + Salt (नमक) and mixed it very well. Cook for 4-5 minutes to get covered. (इसमे पालक + नमक  मिलाकर पका ले). 

-> If you want to became a dry sabzi then cook the Spinach (पालक) on high flame, if not then remain same. (अगर सब्जी को सूखी बनाना चाहते हैं तो तेज गैस पर पालक पकाये)

-> Now you add Kabli gram (काबली चना) and mixed very well. Cooked this sabzi for 3-4 minute. Your Chana Palak ki sabzi (चने पालक की सब्जी) is ready so off the gas.

and add Green Coriander (हरा धनियां). (चने डाल कर पका ले)

-> Your Chana Palak ki sabzi (चने पालक की सब्जी ) is ready to served. Served it with Roti (चपाती), Parathe (परांठे) (चपाती + परांठे के साथ परोसे)
