(पनीर पकोड़ा)

Ingredients (सामग्री)


Cheese (पनीर) ---------- 350 gms

Gram-Flour (बेसन) ---------- 200 gms

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Chaat Masala (चाट मसाला) ---------- 1-1/2 spoon

Oil (तेल) ---------- For Fried

Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 1/2 spoon

Roasted Cumin Powder (भुना हुआ जीरा पाउडर) ---------- 1/2 spoon

Coriander Powder (धनियां पाउडर) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon


How to make Cheese Pakora (पनीर पकोड़ा बनाने की विधि)


-> First filtrate (छानना) the Gram-flour (बेसन). Now you add  Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) +  1 spoon Oil (तेल) + Roasted Cumin Powder (भुना हुआ जीरा पाउडर) + Coriander Powder (धनियां पाउडर) and mixed very well. Now with the help of water make a smooth paste of Pakora. (बेसन छाने और इमसे लाल मिर्च पाउडर + तेल + भुना हुआ जीरा पाउडर + धनियां पाउडर मिलाये और पानी के सहायता से पकोड़े का मिश्रण बनाये)


-> Now cut the Cheese (पनीर) into 1-1/2 inch long and 1/2 inch fat pieces. Now take 1 pieces and cut it into 2 part and spread the Chaat Masala (चाट मसाला) and closed it other piece. (पनीर का एक टुकड़ा ले और उसको बीच में से काट कर चाट मसाला लगा कर बंद कर दे)


-> Heat the Oil (तेल) in Cauldron (कडाही). When Oil (तेल) became hot then take one pieces of Cheese (पनीर) and  Wrap it in gram flour and drop it into hot Oil (तेल) and fried it on medium flame. You can fried 5-6 Pakora (पकोड़े) at one time. Taken out this Pakora (पकोड़े) into plate. (पकोड़े को बेसन घोल में लपेटे और गरम तेल में तल ले)


-> Hot - hot Cheese Pakora (पनीर पकोड़ा) is ready. Served it with Tomato chutney (टमाटर की चटनी), green coriander chutney (हरे धनिये की चटनी), Chili sauce (चिल्ली सास) or Tomato sauce (टमाटर सास) (टमाटर की चटनी + हरे धनिये की चटनी + चिल्ली सास + टमाटर सास से परोसे)
