Chettinad Egg Kuruma

चेट्टीनाद अंडा कुरूमा

Ingredients (सामग्री)


Egg (अंडा) ---------- 3

Tomatoes (टमाटर) ---------- 2

Onion (प्याज) ---------- 1 big in sized

Mint leaves (पोदीने के पत्ते) ---------- 1/2 cup

Green chilli (हरी मिर्च) ---------- 2

Chilli powder (मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 1 smallspoon

Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) ---------- 1/4 smallspoon

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Oil (तेल) ---------- 3 tablespoon

Fennel Seeds (सौंफ़ बीज) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon


How to make Chettinad Egg Kuruma (चेट्टीनाद अंडा कुरूमा बनाने की विधि)


-> First Boil the Egg (अंडा) and cut into 2 halves. (अंडे को उबाले और काटे)


-> Boil the Tomatoes (टमाटर) and remove the skin and extract the juice from it. (टमाटर को उबाल कर उसका छिलका उतार दे और जूस बना ले)


-> Take a pan heat Oil (तेल). When Oil (तेल) became hot then add Fennel Seeds (सौंफ़ बीज) + chopped onions (कटा हुआ प्याज) + Green chilli (हरी मिर्च) and stir for few minutes. (तेल + सौंफ़ बीज + कटा हुआ प्याज + हरी मिर्च को फ्राई करे)


-> After few minutes you add Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) + Chilli powder (मिर्च पाउडर) + tomato juice (टमाटर का जूस) + Mint leaves (पोदीने के पत्ते) and cooked it for 2 minutes. (अब इसमें हल्दी पाउडर + मिर्च पाउडर + टमाटर का जूस + पोदीने के पत्ते मिलाये)


-> At last you add the Egg (अंडा) mix it and cooked it for 2 minutes, after it remove from fire. (अब अंडा मिलाये और पकाये)


-> Chettinad Egg Kuruma (चेट्टीनाद अंडा कुरूमा) is ready.
