Chettinad Fish Cutlet

चेट्टीनाद मछली कटलेट

Ingredients (सामग्री)

Fish (मछली) ---------- 1/4 kg

Potato (आलू) ---------- 1/4 kg

Chopped Onion (कटा हुआ प्याज) ---------- 150 gms

Chopped Green Chilli (कटी हुई हरी मिर्च) ---------- 3 

Chopped Ginger (कटा हुआ अदरक) ---------- 1/2 inch long pieces

Curry Leaves (करी पत्ती) ---------- 3-4

Coriander Leaves (हरा धनिया) ---------- 2 tablespoon

Oil (तेल) ---------- For requirement

Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Lemon Juice (नींबू का रस) ---------- 1 smallspoon

Egg (अंडा) ---------- 1 

Fine flour (मैदा) ---------- 1 smallspoon

Bread Crumbs (ब्रेड चुरा) ---------- 1 cups

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

How to make Chettinad Fish Cutlet (चेट्टीनाद मछली कटलेट बनाने की विधि)


-> First washed and clean the Fish (मछली) with clean water (पानी). (मछली को पानी से साफ़ करे)

-> Now boil the Fish (मछली) with Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर) + Salt (नमक) + water (पानी). (मछली को हल्दी पाउडर + नमक + पानी मिला कर उबाल ले)

-> You also boiled the Potato (आलू). After cool the Potato (आलू) peel it and mashed it. (आलू को उबाले और ठंडा कर के छिले और मशेड करे)

-> Now heat the 2 tablespoon Oil (तेल) in a fry pan. When Oil (तेल) became hot then add Curry Leaves (करी पत्ती) + Onion (प्याज) and fried it until Onion (प्याज) turn to golden brown in color. (तेल + करी पत्ती + प्याज को फ्राई करे)

-> After you add Ginger (अदरक) + Green Chillies (हरी मिर्च) and fried it for few second. Now you add the mashed Potato (मसला हुआ आलू) and mix it and cook it for 3 - 4 minutes.(इसमें अदरक + हरी मिर्च  + मसला हुआ आलू मिला कर फ्राई करे)

-> Now you add boiled Fish (उबली मछली) + Lemon Juice (नींबू का रस) + Coriander Leaves (हरा धनिया) and again cook it. (अब इसमें उबली मछली + नींबू का रस + हरा धनिया मिला कर पका ले)

-> After it get cooks then cool this mixture (मिश्रण) and make the Cutlet (कटलेट) in your favorite shape .(इस मिश्रण को ठंडा कर के मनपसंद आकर के कटलेट बना ले)

-> Now take a bowl add Egg (अंडा) + Fine flour (मैदा) and mix it well,Make it as a batter. (अंडा + मैदा को अच्छी तरह मिलाये)

-> Now heat the Oil (तेल) in a fry pan. When Oil (तेल) became hot then dip the Fish Cutlet (मछली कटलेट) in Egg Fine flour batter (अंडा-मैदा का घोल) and roll in the Bread Crumbs (ब्रेड चुरा) and deep fry it into hot Oil (तेल) and fry it on both side till they turn to golden brown in color and crisp. (कटलेट को अंडा-मैदा का घोल में डीप करे और ब्रेड चुरे में रोल करे और गरम तेल में तल ले)

-> Chettinad Fish Cutlet (चेट्टीनाद मछली कटलेट) is ready. Served it with green chutney (हरी चटनी), tomato sauce (टमाटर की चटनी) (हरी चटनी + टमाटर की चटनी के साथ परोसे)
