Chicken Ball Curry

चिकन बॉल करी

Ingredients (सामग्री)

Minced chicken (कीमा बनाया हुआ चिकन) ---------- 1/4 Kg

Garlic paste (लहसुन पेस्ट) ---------- 2 smallspoon

Ginger paste (अदरक पेस्ट) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Garam Masala (गरम मसाला) ---------- 2 smallspoon

Pepper (काली मिर्च) ---------- 1/4 smallspoon

Coriander leaves (धनिया पत्ते) ---------- 1 Cup 

Mint leaves (पोदीने के पत्ते) ---------- 1 smallspoon

Green Chillies (हरी मिर्च) ---------- 2

Finely Chopped Onion (बारीक कटी हुई प्याज) ---------- 1 Large 

Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Cumin Powder (जीरा पाउडर) ---------- 1 smallspoon

Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर) ---------- 1 tablespoon

Red Chilli Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Oil (तेल) ---------- 2 tablespoon

Chopped tomato (कटा हुआ टमाटर) ---------- 1

Water (पानी) ---------- 1 Cup

Vinegar (सिरका) ---------- 1 smallspoon

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

How to make Chicken Ball Curry (चिकन बॉल करी बनाने की विधि)

-> In a bowl take Minced chicken (कीमा बनाया हुआ चिकन) + 1 smallspoon Garlic paste (लहसुन पेस्ट) + Ginger paste (अदरक पेस्ट) + 1 smallspoon Garam Masala (गरम मसाला)  mixed very well. (कीमा बनाया हुआ चिकन + लहसुन पेस्ट + अदरक पेस्ट + गरम मसाला को मिला ले)

-> Now you add Pepper (काली मिर्च) + 1/2 cup Coriander leaves (धनिया पत्ते) + chopped Mint leaves (कटे पोदीने के पत्ते) + 1 chopped green Chilli (कटी हुई हरी मिर्च) + Salt (नमक) and mix well to combine all the ingredients. (इसमें काली मिर्च + धनिया पत्ते + कटे पोदीने के पत्ते + कटी हुई हरी मिर्च + नमक को मिलाये)

-> Now make a small sized ball like lemon in sized and keep aside.(इस मिश्रण को छोटी बॉल बना ले)

-> Now heat the Oil (तेल) in a fry pan. When Oil (तेल) became hot then add Finely Chopped Onion (बारीक कटी हुई प्याज) and fried it until it turn to golden brown in color. (तेल +  प्याज को फ्राई करे)

-> Now you add Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर) + 1 smallspoon Garlic paste (लहसुन पेस्ट) +  1 smallspoon Garam Masala (गरम मसाला) + Cumin Powder (जीरा पाउडर) + Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर) + Red Chilli Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) mixed very well and fried all the spices for 1 minute.(इसमें हल्दी पाउडर + लहसुन पेस्ट + गरम मसाला + जीरा पाउडर + धनिया पाउडर + लाल मिर्च पाउडर मिला कर फ्राई करे)

-> After you add 1 cup Water (पानी) and bring to a boil. When the gravy (ग्रेवी) boils drop in the Chicken Ball (चिकन बॉल) few at a time and keep turning them so that they get cooked from all sides. (पानी मिलाये और उबाल आने पर इसमें चिकन बॉल मिला दे)

-> When Chicken Ball (चिकन बॉल) is cooked then add Chopped tomato (कटा हुआ टमाटर) + chopped green Chilli (कटी हुई हरी मिर्च) + Salt (नमक) and cooked it. (कटा हुआ टमाटर + कटी हुई हरी मिर्च + नमक मिला कर पकाये)

-> Cover and cook till all the Chicken Ball (चिकन बॉल) are cooked then add 1/2 cup Coriander leaves (धनिया पत्ते) + Mint leaves (पोदीने के पत्ते) + Vinegar (सिरका)  and mixed very well. (ढक कर चिकन बॉल को पकाये और इसमें धनिया पत्ते + पोदीने के पत्ते + सिरका मिलाये)

-> Chicken Ball Curry (चिकन बॉल करी ) is ready. Served it with rice (चावल).(चावल के साथ परोसे)
