चिकन साग

Ingredients (सामग्री)

1/2 lb chicken breast (boneless) cut into cubes (चिकन टुकड़ो में कटा हुआ))

Finely chopped spinach (बारीक कटी पालक) ---------- 1 cup 

Tomato paste (टमाटर का पेस्ट) ---------- 1 smallspoon

Finely chopped onion (बारीक़ कटी प्याज) ---------- 1 Large -Sized

Sour cream or yogurt (खट्टी क्रीम और दही) ---------- 2 smallspoon

Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) ---------- 1/4 smallspoon

Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर) ---------- 1 smallspoon

Garam masala (गरम मसाला) ---------- 1/4 smallspoon

Bay leaf (कड़ी पत्ता) ---------- 1

Cinnamon (दालचीनी) ---------- 1/2 inch stick

Skim milk (मलाई निकाला दूध) ---------- 1/2 cup

Finely Chopped garlic (बारीक कटी हुई लहसुन) ---------- 1 smallspoon

Finely Chopped ginger (बारीक कटी हुई अदरक) ---------- 1 smallspoon

Vegetable oil (वनस्पति तेल) ---------- 2 smallspoon

Whole dry red pepper (साबुत लाल मिर्च) ---------- 1

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

How to make Chicken Saag (चिकन साग बनाने की विधि)

-> First heat the Vegetable oil (वनस्पति तेल) in a pan. When Vegetable oil (वनस्पति तेल) became hot then add Bay leaf (कड़ी पत्ता) + Whole dry red pepper (साबुत लाल मिर्च) + Finely chopped onion (बारीक़ कटी प्याज) + Finely Chopped garlic (बारीक कटी हुई लहसुन) + Finely Chopped ginger (बारीक कटी हुई अदरक) and fried it until onion (प्याज) turn to golden brown in color. (वनस्पति तेल + कड़ी पत्ता + साबुत लाल मिर्च + बारीक़ कटी प्याज + बारीक कटी हुई लहसुन + बारीक कटी हुई अदरक को फ्राई करे)

-> Now you add Chicken pieces (चिकन के टुकड़े) + Tomato paste (टमाटर का पेस्ट) and cooked it for 2 -3 minute. (इसमें चिकन के टुकड़े + टमाटर का पेस्ट मिला कर भुने)

-> Now you add Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर) + Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) + Red chilli powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) + Cinnamon (दालचीनी) + Salt (नमक) and mixed it and cooked it for 1 minute. (इसमें धनिया पाउडर + हल्दी पाउडर + लाल मिर्च पाउडर + दालचीनी + नमक मिलाये)

-> Now you add Finely chopped spinach (बारीक कटी पालक) and cooked it for 2 minute. After you add Sour cream or yogurt (खट्टी क्रीम और दही) + Skim milk (मलाई निकाला दूध), mixed it and cooked it for 2 minute. (इसमें बारीक कटी पालक + खट्टी क्रीम और दही + मलाई निकाला दूध मिला कर पकाये)

-> Now cover the lid of the cooker and cooked it on medium flame gas for 10 minute. (इसको ढक कर पकाये)

-> When the pressure of the cooker is remove then add Garam masala (गरम मसाला) and cook on high heat for a few minutes. (प्रेशर खत्म होने पर ढक्कन खोले और गरम मसाला मिलाये)

-> Chicken Saag (चिकन साग) is ready. Served it with parathas (पराठा), Roti (रोटी) or rice (चावल). (पराठा + रोटी + चावल से परोसे)
