Chiku Halwa Recipe (चीकू हलवा व्यंजन )

Ingredients:


Sapota /Chickoo  (चीकू) ----------- 6 

Milk (दूध) ----------- 1/2 Cup

Khoya (मावा) or Milk Powder (दूध पावडर) ----------- 150 Gms

Sugar (चीनी) ----------- 1/3 Cup

Ghee (घी) ----------- 1 tbsp

Almond (बादाम )  some pices


How to make Chiku Halwa Recipe (चीकू हलवा बनाने की विधि) :


-> First peel (छीलना) the Sapota /Chickoo  (चीकू) and blend it. (चीकू छिले और पीसे)


-> Add milk (दूध) and boil (ऊबाल) in heavy saucepan.(भारी सॉस पैन). (दूध + चीकू कर पकाये)


-> When it become slightly thick (थोडा गाढ़ा), add Khoya (मावा ) or Milk Powder (दूध पावडर ) and cook and Stir continuously. (थोडा गाढ़ा होने पर मावा + दूध पावडर मिला कर लगातार चलते हुये पकाये)


-> After add Sugar (चीनी) +Ghee (घी). Cook on low heat for 2-4 minutes turning the mixture constantly. (चीनी + घी मिलाकर पकाये).


-> Off the heat and served it in a bowl and garnish with almonds (बादाम) and serve it hot. (गैस बंद करे और बादाम डालकर सजाये)

(तली हुयी कुरकुरी अरबी)

Ingredients (सामग्री)

Colocasia (अरबी) ---------- 500 gms

Carom Seeds (अजवायन) ---------- 1 small spoon
