Chilli Chicken

चिल्ली चिकन 

Ingredients (सामग्री)


Boneless chicken breasts cut into bite size pieces  (हड्डी रहित चिकन और टुकड़ों में कटा हुआ) ---------- 400 gms

Eggs (अंडे) ---------- 2

Cornstarch (कॉर्नस्टार्च) ---------- 4 tablespoon

Dark soya sauce (सोया सॉस) ---------- 2 tablespoon

Finely chopped green chillies (कटी हुई हरी मिर्च) ---------- 4 - 5 

Minced garlic (कीमा बनाया हुआ लहसुन) ---------- 4

Ginger paste (अदरक का पेस्ट) ---------- 1 smallspoon

Chopped white spring onions (सफेद हरी प्याज) ---------- 2 tablespoon

Chopped green spring onions (कटी हुई हरी प्याज) ---------- tablespoon

Pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Ajinomoto (अजीनोमोटो) ---------- 1/4 smallspoon

Castor sugar (चीनी का पाउडर) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Chicken stock (चिकन स्टॉक) ---------- 2 Cup

Vinegar (सिरका) ---------- 1 smallspoon

Oil (तेल) ---------- 2 tablespoon and for deep fry

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste


How to make Chilli Chicken (चिल्ली चिकन बनाने की विधि)


-> First beat the Eggs (अंडे) in a bowl and keep aside. (अंडे को फेंट ले)


-> Chop the chicken (चिकन) into medium sized chunks and keep aside. (चिकन को मध्यम आकार के टुकड़ों में काट ले)


-> Now take Cornstarch (कॉर्नस्टार्च) + beaten egg (फेंटा अंडा) + Salt (नमक) + Pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर) + soya sauce (सोया सॉस) and mixed very well. (कॉर्नस्टार्च + फेंटा अंडा + नमक + काली मिर्च पाउडर + सोया सॉस को अच्छी तरह मिला ले)


-> Now you mixed the Chicken pieces (चिकन के टुकड़े) very well and keep aside for 15-20 minutes. (ऊपर के मिश्रण में चिकन के टुकड़े अच्छी तरह मिला ले)


-> Now heat sufficient Oil (तेल) in a fry pan and deep fry the Chicken pieces (चिकन के टुकड़े) until turns golden brown. Taken it on the oil absorbent paper and keep aside. (तेल + मसाले लगे चिकन के टुकड़े को फ्राई कर ले, और अलग रखे)


-> Now heat the 1 tablespoon Oil (तेल) in fry pan. When Oil (तेल) became hot then add Finely chopped green chillies (कटी हुई हरी मिर्च) + Minced garlic (कीमा बनाया हुआ लहसुन) + Ginger paste (अदरक का पेस्ट) and fried it for 1 minute. (तेल + कटी हुई हरी मिर्च + कीमा बनाया हुआ लहसुन + अदरक का पेस्ट को फ्राई करे)


-> Now you add Chopped white spring onions (सफेद हरी प्याज) + Chicken stock (चिकन स्टॉक) + Vinegar (सिरका) and mixed it and stir it. (अब इसमें सफेद हरी प्याज + चिकन स्टॉक + सिरका मिला कर चलाये)


-> Now you add Salt (नमक) + Castor sugar (चीनी का पाउडर) + Ajinomoto (अजीनोमोटो) Mix very well until starts boiling.(इसमें नमक + चीनी का पाउडर + अजीनोमोटो मिला कर पकाये)


-> Now you add fried chicken (तला हुआ चिकन) and  cook for 4-5 more minutes. At last you add Chopped green spring onions (कटी हुई हरी प्याज) and mixed very well. (इसमें तला हुआ चिकन + कटी हुई हरी प्याज मिलाये)


-> Chilli Chicken (चिल्ली चिकन) is ready. Served hot with fried rice (फ्राइड राइस). (फ्राइड राइस से परोसे)
