Chilli Egg Idli

मिर्च अंडा इडली

Ingredients (सामग्री)

Boiled Eggs (उबले अंडे) ---------- 2

Idlis (इडली) ---------- 10

Onion (प्याज) ---------- 1 small in sized

Garlic (लहसुन) ---------- 3 cloves 

Ginger (अदरक) ---------- 10 gm

Green Chilli (हरी मिर्च) ---------- 2 

Curry leaves (करी पत्ते) ---------- a few

Capsicum (शिमला मिर्च) ---------- 1

Chilli sauce (चिल्ली सॉस) ---------- 3 smallspoon

Schezwan Sauce (स्चेज्वान सॉस) ---------- 3 smallspoon

Tomato Ketchup (टोमैटो केचप) ---------- 3 smallspoon

Coriander leaves (धनिया पत्ते) ---------- a few

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Oil (तेल) ---------- as needed 

How to make Chilli Egg Idli (मिर्च अंडा इडली बनाने की विधि)

-> First Cut the Idlis (इडली) into small pieces. (इडली को छोटे टुकडो में काटे)

-> Now remove the yolk of the Boiled Eggs (उबले अंडे). And cut whites part of the eggs (अंडे) into thin slices. (उबले अंडे की जर्दी निकाले और सफ़ेद भाग को छोटे टुकडो में काटे)

-> Cut Onion (प्याज), Capsicum (शिमला मिर्च), Green Chilli (हरी मिर्च), Ginger (अदरक), Garlic (लहसुन) into thin slices. (प्याज, शिमला मिर्च, हरी मिर्च, अदरक, लहसुन को काटे)

-> Heat the Oil (तेल) in a frying pan.When Oil (तेल) became hot then fry the ginger (अदरक) + Garlic (लहसुन) + Green Chilli (हरी मिर्च) + Curry leaves (करी पत्ते) and fry for a few minutes. (तेल + अदरक + लहसुन + हरी मिर्च + करी पत्ते को फ्राई करे)

-> Now you add Onion (प्याज) + Capsicum (शिमला मिर्च) and fry till they are half cooked. (इसमें प्याज + शिमला मिर्च मिलाये और दुबारा फ्राई करे)

-> Add Chilli sauce (चिल्ली सॉस) + Tomato Ketchup (टोमैटो केचप) + Schezwan Sauce (स्चेज्वान सॉस) and stir well. (चिल्ली सॉस + टोमैटो केचप + स्चेज्वान सॉस को मिलाये)

-> At last add idli pieces (इडली के टुकड़े) + egg slices (अंडा स्लाइस) + Coriander leaves (धनिया पत्ते), mix well and cooked it for  1 - 2 minutes. (अब इसमें इडली के टुकड़े + अंडा स्लाइस + धनिया पत्ते मिलाये और पकाये)

-> Chilli Egg Idli (मिर्च अंडा इडली) is ready. Served hot.

Note : Schezwan Sauce (Schezuan Sauce) (स्चेज्वान सॉस) is a delicious and spicy Indo Chinese Sauce that can be had as a dip or can be used to make noodles or fried rice.

Ingredients  that are used to make this sauce are : Garlic - 100 gms. , Ginger - 100 gms., Green chillies - 5, Tomato puree (or Tomato ketchup) - 2 cups, Red chilli sauce - 4 tablespoon, Chilly powder - 2 tablespoon, Soya sauce - 1 tablespoon, Ajinomoto - ½ smallspoon, sugar - 1 tablespoon, orange red color - ¼ smallspoon, celery chopped - 1 tablespoon, salt - to taste
