Chilli Paneer Recipe (चिली पनीर व्यंजन)

Ingredients (सामग्री):

Cheese or Paneer (पनीर) ---------- 1 cup cubed

Chopped Capsicum (कटी शिमला मिर्च) ---------- 1 cup 

Pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 1/2 tsp

Soya Sauce (सोया सॉस) ---------- 1.2 tsp

Tomato sauce (टमाटर सॉस) ---------- 1/2 tsp

Chopped Green chilies (कटी हरी मिर्च) ---------- 2

Finely chopped Coriander leaves (धनिया पत्ते) ---------- 1/2 tbsp 

Chopped onions ( कटी प्याज) ---------- 1 chopped finely

Garlic (लहसुन) ---------- 5 

Oil (तेल) ---------- 1 tbsp

Salt (नमक) ---------- to taste 

For the Marinade (अचार के लिए):

Maida (मैदा) ---------- 2 tbsp

Pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 1/4 tsp

Ginger garlic paste (अदरक, लहसुन पेस्ट) ---------- 1 tsp

Corn flour (मकई का आटा) ---------- 1.5 tbsp

Salt (नमक) ---------- as required

Water (पानी)

How to make Chilli Paneer (चिली पनीर बनाने की विधि)

-> To make Marinade add Maida (मैदा) + Corn flour (मकई का आटा) + Pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर) + Ginger garlic paste (अदरक, लहसुन पेस्ट) + Salt (नमक) + Water (पानी) and make a thick paste. (मैदा + मकई का आटा + काली मिर्च पाउडर + अदरक-लहसुन पेस्ट + नमक + पानी मिलाये)

-> Now coated the Cheese or Paneer (पनीर) in Marinade very well. Now toast or deep fry the coated paneer in dosa tawa until golden brown. (पनीर के टुकड़ो को ऊपर के मिश्रण में लपेटे और तल ले)

->  Drain it in a tissue and set aside.

-> Now heat a Oil (तेल)  in a pan add Green chilies (हरी मिर्च) + Garlic (लहसुन) + Onions (प्याज). Cook until the onions turn golden brown.- 2-3 mins. After you add Capsicum (शिमला मिर्च) and fry for a minute. (तेल + हरी मिर्च + लहसुन + प्याज + शिमला मिर्च फ्राई करे)

-> Now add Soya Sauce (सोया सॉस) + Tomato sauce (टमाटर सॉस) + Pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर) Mix well until all the things are coated evenly. (सोया सॉस + टमाटर सॉस + काली मिर्च पाउडर समान रूप से मिलाये)

->  Now add the remaining marinade batter but not more than 1 tbsp and keep stirring (this step is purely optional). It tends to stick so keep stirring continuously, sprinkle little water to reduce stickiness. 

-> After you add the toasted or deep ftry paneer and give a quick stir. (पनीर के टुकड़े मिलाये और पकाये)

-> Chilli Paneer (चिली पनीर) is ready. Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves(हरे धनिये) or you can Garnish it with paneer (कसा पनीर) or onions (प्याज). (हरे धनिये, कसा पनीर, प्याज से सजाये)
