Chinese Paneer

चाईनिज पनीर

Ingredients (सामग्री)

Cheese (पनीर) ---------- 200 gms

Grated Cheese (कसा हुआ पनीर) ---------- 1 smallspoon

Green chilli (हरी मिर्च) ---------- 3

Garlic (लहसुन) ---------- 5 cloves

Ginger (अदरक) ---------- a small piece

Cornflour (कोर्न्फ्लौर) ---------- 3 smallspoon

Soya sauce (सोया सॉस) ---------- 3 smallspoon

Chilli garlic sauce (चिली लहसुन सॉस) ---------- 3 smallspoon

Sugar (चीनी) ---------- 1/4 smallspoon

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Oil (तेल) ---------- as needed

How to make Chinese Paneer (चाईनिज पनीर बनाने की विधि)

-> First Finely Cut the Ginger (अदरक), Garlic (लहसुन), Green chilli (हरी मिर्च). (अदरक, लहसुन, हरी मिर्च को काटे)

-> Cut Cheese (पनीर) into pieces.(पनीर को काटे)

-> Heat Oil (तेल) in a frying pan. Add Cheese (पनीर) and fry it and set aside. (तेल + पनीर को फ्राई करे)

-> Heat 3 smallspoon of Oil (तेल) in a pan. When Oil (तेल) became hot then add Ginger (अदरक) + Garlic (लहसुन) + Green chilli (हरी मिर्च) and fry for a few minutes. (तेल + अदरक + लहसुन + हरी मिर्च को फ्राई करे)

-> Mix Cornflour (कोर्न्फ्लौर)  with 1 cup of water (पानी) and add to the pan. (कोर्न्फ्लौर को पानी में घोल कर पैन में मिलाये)

-> Now you add Soya sauce (सोया सॉस) + Chilli garlic sauce (चिली लहसुन सॉस) + Salt (नमक) + Sugar (चीनी) and mixed very well. (सोया सॉस + चिली लहसुन सॉस + चीनी + नमक को मिलाये और पकाये)

-> When mixture start thickening then add Cheese (पनीर) and stir well till it is coated with sauce, remove pan from gas. (जब मिश्रण गाढ़ा होने लगे तो इसमें पनीर मिलाये और पकाए)

-> Chinese Paneer (चाईनिज पनीर) is ready. Garnished it with Grated Cheese (कसा हुआ पनीर). (कसे हुये पनीर से सजाये)
