Churma Recipe (चुरमा व्यंजन)

Ingredients (सामग्री):

Wheat flour (गेंहू का आटा) ---------- 3/4 Cup

Rava (सूजी) ---------- 1 tablespoon

Ghee (घी) ---------- 3 tablespoon + For fry

Milk (दूध) ---------- 1/4 cup

Sugar (चीनी) ---------- 1/4 Cup

Green Cardamom (हरी इलायची) ---------- 4

Almond (बादाम) ---------- 1 tablespoon

Pistachio (पिस्ता) ---------- 1 tablespoon

How to make Churma (चुरमा बनाने की विधि)

-> First add the Wheat flour (गेंहू का आटा) + Rava (सूजी) and mixed well. Now add the hot ghee into this mixture and mixed very well. (गेंहू का आटा + सूजी + घी को मिलाये)

-> Now pour the milk into flour, and make a tight dough And keep it aside this dough for 1 hour.(थोडा थोडा दूध डाल कर कैडा आटा गूथ लें). )

-> Now heat the ghee in a pan. Now take the dough and make a small boll and fry it on low flame for 4-5 minute. When these dough turn to golden brown then take it on a napkin paper and keep it aside. (धीमी आग पर आटे की गोल लोई बना कर तल लें)

-> Now Soak the Almond (बादाम) into water (पानी) for 15 minute. Now  you peel the these Almond (बादाम) and Pistachio (पिस्ता). (पानी में भिगे बादाम और पिस्ता को छिल लें और काट लें )

-> After you also peel the Green Cardamom (हरी इलाइची) and Grind it. (हरी इलाइची छिल कर दरदरा कूट लें)

-> You Grind the fry dough balls into grinder or you can crush them by hand also (आटे के तले गोलों को मिक्सी या हाथो दरदरा पीस लें )

-> Now add in to this mixture Sugar (चीनी)+ Almond (बादाम) + Pistachio (पिस्ता)+ Green Cardamom (हरी इलाइची) and mixed well. (हरी इलाइची + बादाम + चीनी + पिस्ता मिलाये )

-> Your tasty Churma Recipe (चुरमा व्यंजन) is ready. Eat it after the dinner, lunch.
