Coconut rice

नारियल चावल

Ingredients (सामग्री) : 

Grated coconut (कसा हुआ नारियल) ---------- 1/2 cup

Cooked rice (पके हुए चावल) ---------- 1 1/2 cups

Oil (तेल) ---------- 2 tablespoons

Split black gram skinless (धुली उड़द की दाल) ---------- 1 smallspoon 

Split Bengal gram (चना दाल) ---------- 1 smallspoon 

Cumin seeds (जीरा) ---------- 1 smallspoon 

Curry leaves (करी पत्ते) ---------- 5-6

Chopped Green chili (कटा हुआ हरी मिर्च) ---------- 1

Black pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 1/4 smallspoon 

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

How to make Coconut rice (नारियल चावल बनाने की विधि)

-> First heat the Oil (तेल) in a non stick kadai. When the Oil (तेल) became hot then add Split black gram skinless (धुली उड़द की दाल) + Split Bengal gram (चना दाल) + Cumin seeds (जीरा) + Curry leaves (करी पत्ते) and fried it for 1 minute. (तेल + धुली उड़द की दाल + चना दाल + जीरा + करी पत्ते फ्राई करे)

-> After you add Chopped Green chili (कटा हुआ हरी मिर्च) + Grated coconut (कसा हुआ नारियल) and cooked it for 1 minute. (इसमें  कटा हुआ हरी मिर्च + कसा हुआ नारियल मिला कर फ्राई करे)

-> After you add Salt (नमक) + Black pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर) + Cooked rice (पके हुए चावल) and mixed very well and roast it for 3-4 minute. (इसमें नमक + काली मिर्च पाउडर + पके हुए चावल मिला कर भुने)

-> Tasty Coconut rice (नारियल चावल) is ready. Served it hot
