Coriander Chutney

धनिये की चटनी

Ingredients (सामग्री)


Green Coriander (हरा धनियाँ) ---------- 100 gms

Green Chili (हरी मिर्च) ---------- 2-3

Garam Masala (गरम मसाला) ---------- 1 small spoon

Amchoor Powder (अमचूर पाउडर) ----------  1 small spoon or 1 tablespoon lemon juice 

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste


How to make Coriander Chutney (धनिये की चटनी बनाने की विधि)


-> First washed the Green Coriander (हरा धनियाँ) with clean water and cut it. (हरा धनियाँ धो कर काटे)


-> Now you also cuts the Green Chili (हरी मिर्च) (हरी मिर्च धो कर काटे))


-> Now take Green Coriander (हरा धनियाँ) + Green Chili (हरी मिर्च) + Garam Masala (गरम मसाला) + Amchoor Powder (अमचूर पाउडर) + Salt (नमक) + 1/2 cup water (पानी) and grind it into grinder. (हरा धनियाँ + हरी मिर्च + गरम मसाला + अमचूर पाउडर) + नमक + पानी मिला कर पीस ले)


-> You tasty and spicy Coriander Chutney (धनिये की चटनी) is ready. Served it with Somose(समोसे), Kachori (कचोड़ी), Pakore (पकोड़े), Dahi Wada (दही बडा) or you can also eat it with your Favorite dishes. (समोसे + कचोड़ी + पकोड़े + दही बडा से परोसे)
