मक्के के आटे की मठरी

Ingredients (सामग्री)

Corn flour (मक्के का आटा) ---------- 1/2 Kg

Salt (नमक) ---------- 1-1/2 smallspoon

Celery (अजवायन) ---------- 2 smallspoon

Oil (तेल) ---------- For fried

How to make Corn flour Mathri (मक्के के आटे की मठरी बनाने की विधि)


-> First you filtrate (छानना) the Corn flour (मक्के का आटा) in a rosette (थाली). (मक्के के आटे को छाने)

-> Now you add Salt (नमक) + Celery (अजवायन) + 2 tablespoon Oil (तेल) and mixed very well. (आटे मे नमक + अजवायन + तेल मिलाये)

-> Now with the help of water (पानी) make a smooth dough. Keep this dough for 30 minute. (पानी की सहायता से नरम आटे की तरह गूंथ लीजिये). 

-> After 1/2 hour pour the oil on to palm and smooth muscle Liziye of dough .(हाथ पर थोड़ा सा तेल लगा कर आटे को अच्छी तरह मसले)

-> Now make a small sized ball into this dough. Take one ball put it on the palm and pressed on the other hand. Make all mathri similar type. (आटे की छोटी सी लोई ले कर हथेली से दबा कर मठरी बनाये)

-> Now take Oil (तेल) into fry pan. When Oil (तेल) became hot then you fried the Corn flour Mathri (मक्के के आटे की मठरी) . Fried the Mathri (मठरी ) on both side on low flame. Fried it until they turn to golden brown in color. This should take 8-10 minutes. Take them out over paper towel so it can absorb the extra oil. (तेल + मक्के के आटे की मठरी को धीमी आंच पर तले और इनको निकाल कर नैपकिन पेपर पर रखे जिससे अतिरिक्त तेल निकल जाये)

-> Prepare all Corn flour Mathri (मक्के के आटे की मठरी ) similar type. (सारी मठरी इसी प्रकार तैयार करे)

-> Your hot and tasty Corn flour Mathri (मक्के के आटे की मठरी) is ready. Served it with tea (चाय)
