भुट्टे की रसमलाई

Ingredients (सामग्री) : 

Soft Corn (नरम दाने वाले भुट्टे) ----------  4 

Milk (दूध) ---------- 1 liter

Cardamom powder (इलायची पावडर) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Nutmeg Powder (जायफल पाउडर) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Chopped Dry Fruits(कटे मेवे)(Cashew nut (काजू), Almonds (बादाम)) ---------- 3 tablespoon

Sugar (शक्कर) ---------- 1/2 Cup 

Saffron (केसर) ---------- 5-6

Oil (तेल) ---------- For fried

How to make Corn rasmalai (भुट्टे की रसमलाई बनाने की विधि)

-> First grated the Corn (भुट्टे). Now heat the Oil (तेल) in a Cauldron (कडाही). (भुट्टे को कदुकस कर ले और तेल गरम करे)

-> If the grated Corn Mixture (कसा हुआ भुट्टे) is much soft and wet ( नरम या गीला) then add some rice flour (चावल का आटा) or Cornflour (कॉर्न फ्लॉर) and mixed it. (अगर कसा हुआ भुट्टा ज्यादा गिला और मुलायम हो तो इसमें चावल का आटा या कॉर्न फ्लॉर मिला दे)

-> When Oil (तेल) heat then with the help of spoon take Corn Mixture (भुट्टे मिश्रण) and put it into hot Oil (तेल) and deep fry it. (भुट्टे के मिश्रण में से थोडा सा मिश्रण ले कर पकोड़ी बना कर तल ले)

-> Now taken out the fried Corn (भुट्टे) Pakori and soaked it into Lukewarm water (गुनगुना पानी) for 3-5 minute. After some time takenout it into the water. Now with the help of hand pressure extract the water. Keep it into refrigerator. (पकोड़ी को गुनगुने पानी में मिनट भिगो दे और दबा कर अतिरिक्त पानी निकाल दे और इनको फ्रिज में रख दे)

-> Now boiled the Milk (दूध) in a pot. After slow the gas and cooked it but stir it continuously. (दूध को उबाले और गैस धीमी कर के लगातार चलाते हुए पकाये)

-> When Milk (दूध) remain half then add Sugar (शक्कर) + Chopped Dry Fruits(कटे मेवे) + Nutmeg Powder (जायफल पाउडर) + Cardamom powder (इलायची पावडर) + Saffron (केसर) and mixed it and cooked it for 3-4 minute. (दूध जब आधा रह जाये तो इसमें शक्कर + कटे मेवे + जायफल पाउडर + इलायची पावडर + केसर मिला दे और थोडा पका ले)

-> Now cool the Milk (दूध) . When Milk (दूध) became cool then taken out it into bowl add fried Corn pakori (भुट्टे का पकोड़ी). After it keep it into refrigerator for 3- 4 hour. (दूध जब ठंडा हो जाये इसको कटोरी में निकाल ले और इमसे भुट्टे की पकोड़ी को भिगो दे और इसको फ्रिज में रख दे)

-> Corn rasmalai (भुट्टे की रसमलाई) is ready. Served it chill. (ठंडी रसमलाई परोसे)
