Crisp Fish

कुरकुरी मछली

Ingredients (सामग्री)


Fish (मछली) ---------- 4 pieces

Semolina (सूजी) ---------- 1/2 cup

Chilli powder (मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 2 smallspoon

Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) ---------- 1/4 smallspoon

Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Fennel powder (सौंफ पाउडर) ---------- 1/4 smallspoon

Garlic (लहसुन) ---------- 4 cloves

Ginger (अदरक) ---------- a small piece

Lemon (नींबू) ---------- 1/2 

Pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Salt (नमक) ---------- to taste 

Oil (तेल) ---------- as needed


How to make Crisp Fish (कुरकुरी मछली बनाने की विधि)


-> First peel and grated the Garlic (लहसुन) and Ginger (अदरक). (लहसुन + अदरक को कस ले)


-> In a bowl take 1 smallspoon Chilli powder (मिर्च पाउडर) + Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) + Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर) + Fennel powder (सौंफ पाउडर) and mix it. (मिर्च पाउडर + हल्दी पाउडर + धनिया पाउडर + सौंफ पाउडर को किसी बाउल में मिलाये)


-> You also add the Garlic (लहसुन) + Ginger (अदरक) + juice of lemon (नींबू का रस) + Salt (नमक) + 3 smallspoon Oil (तेल) and mix well. (अब इसमें लहसुन + अदरक + नींबू का रस + तेल मिलाये)


-> In this mixture you add the fish pieces (मछली के टुकड़े) and mix well and allow to marinate for  2 hours. (इस मिश्रण में मछली के टुकड़े को मिलाये और रख दे)


-> In other plate take the Semolina (सूजी) + 1 smallspoon Chilli powder (मिर्च पाउडर) + Pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर) + Salt (नमक) and mix it. (सूजी + मिर्च पाउडर + काली मिर्च पाउडर + नमक को किसी प्लेट में मिलाये)


-> Now roll the  fish pieces (मछली के टुकड़े) in Semolina mixture (सूजी के मिश्रण) and keep aside. (मछली के टुकड़ो को सूजी के मिश्रण में लपेटे और अलग रख दे)


-> Now heat the Oil (तेल) in a fry pan. When Oil (तेल) became hot then fry the fish pieces (मछली के टुकड़े) on both side till they turn to golden brown in color and Crisp. (गरम तेल में मछली के टुकड़ो को कुरकुरा होने तक तल ले)


-> Crisp Fish (कुरकुरी मछली) is ready. Served it with green chutney (हरी चटनी), sweet chutney (मीठी चटनी), tomato chutney (टमाटर की चटनी). (हरी चटनी + मीठी चटनी + टमाटर की चटनी के साथ परोसे)
