दही पनीर

Ingredients (सामग्री)

Cheese (पनीर) ---------- 200 gms

Curd (दही) ---------- 100 gm

Ginger (अदरक) ---------- a small piece

Onion (प्याज) ---------- 1

Cinnamon (दालचीनी) ---------- a small piece

Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) ---------- 1/4 smallspoon

Cumin powder (जीरा पाउडर) ---------- 1/4 smallspoon

Garlic (लहसुन) ---------- 4 pods

Green chilli (हरी मिर्च) ---------- 4

Cumin (जीरा) ---------- 2 smallspoon

Poppy seed (खसखस) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Cumin (जीरा) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Mint leaves (पोदीने के पत्ते) ---------- 1 tablespoon

Coriander leaves (धनिया पत्ते) ---------- 1 tablespoon

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Oil (तेल) ---------- as needed

How to make Curd Cheese (दही पनीर बनाने की विधि)

-> First take the Ginger (अदरक) + Cinnamon (दालचीनी) + Poppy seed (खसखस) + Cumin (जीरा) + Green chilli (हरी मिर्च) + Garlic (लहसुन) in a gridner and make a smooth paste. (अदरक + दालचीनी + खसखस + जीरा + हरी मिर्च + लहसुन को मिक्सी में पीस ले)

-> Cut Cheese (पनीर) into pieces. You also cut the Onion (प्याज) into small pieces. (पनीर और प्याज को काटे)

-> Heat Oil (तेल) in a frying pan. When Oil (तेल) became hot then add Onion (प्याज) and fry it  for a few minutes. (तेल + प्याज को फ्राई करे)

-> Now you add Cheese (पनीर) + Salt (नमक) + ground paste (पीसा मसाला पेस्ट) + water (पानी) and cook. (अब इसमें पनीर + नमक + पीसा मसाला पेस्ट + पानी मिलाये और पकाये)

-> When it start boiling, add Curd (दही) + Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) and cook for a few minutes and off the gas. (जब ये उबलने लगे तो इसमें दही + हल्दी पाउडर मिला कर पका ले और गैस बंद कर दे)

-> Curd Cheese (दही पनीर) is ready. You add Mint leaves (पोदीने के पत्ते) + Coriander leaves (धनिया पत्ते)  and served. (अब इसमें पोदीने के पत्ते + धनिया पत्ते को मिला कर परोसे)
