धनिये की मसाला मठरी

Ingredients (सामग्री)


Fine flour (मैदा) ---------- 500 gms or 5 Cup 

Oil (तेल) ---------- 150 gms or 3/4 Cup 

Cumin (जीरा) ---------- 1 spoon

Pepper (काली मिर्च) ---------- 20

Celery (अजवाइन) ---------- 1 small spoon

Green Coriander (हरा धनियां) ---------- 100 gms

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Oil (तेल) ---------- For fried


How to make Dhania Masala Mathari (धनिये की मसाला मठरी बनाने की विधि)


-> First washed the Green Coriander (हरा धनियां) with water (पानी) and cuts is finely. (हरा धनियां धो ले और बारीक़ काट ले)


-> Now you filtrate (छानना) the Fine flour (मैदा) in a rosette (थाली). (मैदा को छाने)


-> Now add Oil (तेल) + Cumin (जीरा) + Pepper (काली मिर्च) + Celery (अजवाइन) + finely chopped Green Coriander (सूक्ष्मता से कटा हरा धनियां) and mixed very well. (मैदा में तेल + जीरा + काली मिर्च + अजवाइन + कटा हरा धनियां मिलाये)


-> Now with the help of Lukewarm water (गुनगुने पानी) make a tight dough. Keep this dough for 30 minute. (गुनगुने पानी की सहायता से सख्त आटा गूंथ लीजिये). 


-> Now make a small sized ball into this dough. Take one ball put it on the palm and pressed on the other hand. Make all mathri similar type. (आटे की छोटी सी लोई ले कर हथेली से दबा कर मठरी बनाये)


-> Now take Oil (तेल) into fry pan. When Oil (तेल) became hot then you fried the Mathri (मठरी) . Fried the Mathri (मठरी ) on both side on low flame. Fried it until they turn to golden brown in color. This should take 8-10 minutes. Take them out over paper towel so it can absorb the extra Oil (तेल). (तेल + मठरी को धीमी आंच पर तले और इनको निकाल कर नैपकिन पेपर पर रखे जिससे अतिरिक्त तेल निकल जाये)


-> Prepare all Dhania Masala Mathari (धनिये की मसाला मठरी) similar type. (सारी मठरी इसी प्रकार तैयार करे)


-> Your hot and tasty Dhania Masala Mathari (धनिये की मसाला मठरी ) is ready. Before served spread the chaat Masala (चाट मसाला) (चाट मसाला लगा कर परोसे)
