Chirang district is one of the district of Assam state in north-eastern India.

Chirang district covers the 1,169.9 km2 (451.7 sq mi) area.

Latitude of Chirang city :  27 degrees,   1.9 minutes   North
Longitude of Chirang city :   90 degrees,   11.2 minutes   East

About Chirang
Chirang district has been carved out from the erstwhile Bongaigaon district.It is a new district formed in the BTC area of the state. 80% people of this district are Bodo people and the remaining 20% are Muslim (citation required) (also there are hindus and some indigenous religious groups).

Morigaon is a district of state Assam in India and the district headquarters is located at Morigaon. Geography of Morigaon Morigaon district is bounded by the mighty Brahmaputra on the North side, Karbi Anglong district on the South side, Nagaon District on the East side and Kamrup District on the West side. Morigaon district covers the 1450.02 Sq. Kms area. Latitude of Morigaon city :  26.15 degrees North and 26.5 degrees North Longitude of Morigaon city :  92 degree East ..
