Kolasib district is a district of Mizoram state in India and Kolasib town is the administrative headquarters of the district.

Kolasib district is bounded by Cachar District and Hailakandi District , Assam on the north and north west side respectively. On the south and east side by Aiawl District, Mizoram and on the south west side by Mamit District, Mizoram. District covers the 1372 km2 area.
