Lower Dibang Valley district is an administrative district of Arunachal Pradesh in northeastern India. Roing is the district headquarters.It is the youngest of all districts of Arunachal Pradesh.

Lower Dibang Valley district covers the 3900 sq. km area. The Lower Dibang Valley district is bounded on the north side by the Dibang Valley district, on the west side by the eastern and Upper Siang districts of Arunachal Pradesh, on the East side by the Lohit district and Mc Mohan Line and on the south side by the Tinsukia district of Assam. .
