सूखी फ़िश चटनी
Ingredients (सामग्री)
Dry fish (सूखी फ़िश) ---------- 4 medium pieces
Chopped Onion (कटा हुआ प्याज) ---------- 1/4 cup
Red chilli flakes (लाल मिर्च के गुच्छे) ---------- 1 smallspoon
Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) ---------- a pinch
Red chilli powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon
Garlic (लहसुन) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon
Oil (तेल) ---------- for requirement
How to make Dry Fish Chutney (सूखी फ़िश चटनी बनाने की विधि)
-> First soak the Dry fish (सूखी फ़िश) in a water first for 4 hours then only excess Salt (नमक) will reduce. (सूखी फ़िश को पानी में भिगो कर रखे जिस से अतिरिक्त नमक निकल जाये)
-> Take a bowl add Dry fish (सूखी फ़िश) + Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) + Red chilli powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) mix it well and marinate for 15 minutes. (सूखी फ़िश में हल्दी पाउडर + लाल मिर्च पाउडर मिला कर रखे)
-> In a fry pan heat the Oil (तेल). When Oil (तेल) became hot then shallow fry the dry fish (फ़िश) till it turn reddish brown in color. (गरम तेल में फ़िश को फ्राई कर ले)
-> Now take the Chopped Onion (कटा हुआ प्याज) + Red chilli flakes (लाल मिर्च के गुच्छे) + Garlic (लहसुन) in a grinder and grind it and make smooth paste. (कटा हुआ प्याज + लाल मिर्च के गुच्छे + लहसुन को पीस ले)
-> Now you add the fried fishes (तली हुई मछलियों) and crush it. (अब इमसे तली हुई मछलियों को पीस कर मिला ले)
-> Dry Fish Chutney (सूखी फ़िश चटनी) is ready.
