Dry Fish Masala

सूखी मछली मसाला

Ingredients (सामग्री)


Dried Fish (सूखी मछली) ---------- 1/4 kg

Chopped Onion (कटा हुआ प्याज) ---------- 2 large in sized

Chopped Tomatoes (कटा टमाटर) ---------- 2

Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर) ---------- 1/4 smallspoon

Chilly Powder (मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 1/2 smallspoon

Ginger garlic paste (अदरक लहसुन पेस्ट) ---------- 2 smallspoon

Curry leaves (करी पत्ते) ---------- 2 - 3 

Fennel Seeds (सौंफ़ बीज) ---------- 3/4 smallspoon

Pepper (काली मिर्च) ---------- 1/4 smallspoon

Cumin Seeds (जीरा) ---------- 1/4 smallspoon

Oil (तेल) ---------- 2 tablespoon + Fry

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste


How to make Dry Fish Masala (सूखी मछली मसाला बनाने की विधि)

-> First soaked the Dried Fish (सूखी मछली) in a water for 1 hours. After taken out the Fish (मछली) and dried it and cut into small pieces. (सूखी मछली को पानी में भिगो कर रखे बाद में पानी में निकाल कर काटे)


-> Heat sufficient Oil (तेल) in a fry pan. When Oil (तेल) became hot then fry the fish pieces (मछली के टुकड़े). Keep aside. (तेल में मछली के टुकड़े को फ्राई करे)


-> Now take the Pepper (काली मिर्च) + Fennel Seeds (सौंफ़ बीज) + Cumin Seeds (जीरा) + Chilly Powder (मिर्च पाउडर) in a grinder and grind it with little water (पानी) and make a smooth paste. (काली मिर्च + सौंफ़ बीज + जीरा + मिर्च पाउडर + पानी को मिक्सी में पीस ले)


-> Heat 2 tablespoon Oil (तेल) in a fry pan. When Oil (तेल) became hot then add Curry leaves (करी पत्ते) + Chopped Onion (कटा हुआ प्याज) + Chopped Tomatoes (कटा टमाटर)and fried it for 3 minutes. (तेल + करी पत्ते + कटा हुआ प्याज + कटा टमाटर को फ्राई करे)


-> Now add Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर) + Ginger garlic paste (अदरक लहसुन पेस्ट) + grounded masala paste (पीसा मसाला पेस्ट) and fried it till good small comes. (अब इसमें हल्दी पाउडर + अदरक लहसुन पेस्ट + पीसा मसाला पेस्ट मिला कर फ्राई करे)


-> Now add fried fish (तली हुई मछली) and mixed it into masala and cooked it for  4 - 5 minutes. (अब इसमें तली हुई मछली मिलाये और पकाये)


-> If water (पानी) is required add little. Cook until done. (अगर पानी की आवश्यकता है तो थोडा पानी मिलाये)


-> Dry Fish Masala (सूखी मछली मसाला) is ready. Served it with Naan (नान), Roti (रोटी), Paratha (पराठा). (नान + रोटी + पराठे के साथ परोसे)
