सूखे मेवो की खीर

Ingredients (सामग्री)

Milk (दूध) ---------- 1 liter

Makhana (मखाने) ---------- 50 gms

Cashewnut (काजू) ---------- 50 gms

Raisins (किशमिश) ---------- 50 gms

Almond (बादाम) ---------- 10- 12 

Cudpahnut  (चिरोंजी) ---------- 10 gms

Sugar (चीनी) ---------- 100 gms 1 bowl 

Cardamom Powder (इलायची पाउडर) ---------- 5- 6

How to make Dry fruits ki Kheer (सूखे मेवो की खीर बनाने की विधि)

-> First keep the Milk (दूध) to warm. (दूध गरम करे)

-> Cut the Makhana (मखाने) into 4 pieces. You also cuts the Almond (बादाम) +  Cashewnut (काजू). Remove the stalk of the Raisins (किशमिश).(मखाने + बादाम + काजू काटे और किशमिश की डंठल हटाये)

-> When Milk (दूध) comes to the boil then add  Makhana (मखाने) + Almond (बादाम) +  Cashewnut (काजू) + Raisins (किशमिश) + Cudpahnut  (चिरोंजी) and mixed very well. and cooked it on low flame gas. (जब ढूध में उबाल आ जाये तो इसमें मखाने + बादाम + काजू + किशमिश + चिरोंजी  मिला कर धीमी आंच पर पकाए)

-> Cooked the Kheer (खीर) for 1/2 hours and stir slowly with the spoon on the regular bases. If you drop the 1 spoon Kheer (खीर) then Dry fruits(सूखे मेवो) +  Milk (दूध) should fall together. (खीर को चलाते हुये पकाये, जब दूध और सूखे मेवो एक साथ गिरने लगे तो इसका मतलब है की खीर बन गई)

-> After you add Sugar (चीनी) and cooked it for 4-5 minute. (खीर में चीनी मिला कर पकाये)

-> Now off the gas and add Cardamom Powder (इलायची पाउडर).(गैस बंद कर और इलायची पाउडर मिलाये)

-> Dry fruits ki Kheer (सूखे मेवो की खीर) is ready. You can eat this Kheer (खीर) into your fasting.
