Dry Spices Chutney (सूखे मसाले की चटनी)

Ingredients (सामग्री)

Whole coriander (साबुत धनियां) ---------- 2 spoon

Cumin (जीरा) ---------- 1/2 spoon

Black Peeper (काली मिर्च) ---------- 1 small spoon

Cloves (लोंग) ---------- 6-7

Big Cardamom (बड़ी इलाइची) ---------- 4

Red Chili (लाल मिर्च) ---------- 4-5

Asafetida (हींग) ---------- 2 pinch

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Lemon juice (नींबू का रस) ---------- 1 tablespoon

Refined oil (रिफाइन्ड तेल) ---------- 1 spoon

How to make Dry Spices Chutney (सूखे मसाले की चटनी बनाने की विधि)

-> Put the fry Pan on to gas and heat it. Now roast the Whole coriander (साबुत धनियां) + Cumin (जीरा). (गरम तवे पर साबुत धनियां  + जीरा भुने)

-> Now take the roasted coriander (साबुत धनियां) + Cumin (जीरा) and mixed the Black Peeper (काली मिर्च)  + Big Cardamom (बड़ी इलाइची) + Red Chili (लाल मिर्च) + Asafetida (हींग) + Salt (नमक) and grind it into grinder with the help of some water. (भुने साबुत धनियां, जीरा में काली मिर्च + काली मिर्च + लाल मिर्च + हींग + नमक + पानी मिला कर पीसे )

-> Now heat the some Refined oil (रिफाइन्ड तेल) into fry Pan. Now add the Masala Paste (मसाले पेस्ट) and fried it for 3-4 minute. (तेल + मसाले पेस्ट फ्राई करे)

-> Now taken out this Chutney (चटनी) into bowl and add lemon juice (नींबू का रस). (चटनी में नींबू का रस मिलाये)

-> Your Dry Spices Chutney (सूखे मसाले की चटनी) is ready to served.
