Egg Capsicum Bhurji

अंडा शिमला मिर्च की भुर्जि 

Ingredients (सामग्री)

Egg (अंडे) ---------- 2

Onion (प्याज) ---------- 1 big in sized.

Chopped Capsicum (कटी शिमला मिर्च) ---------- 1 

Pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर) ---------- 1/4 smallspoon

Salt (नमक) ---------- To taste

Oil (तेल) ---------- 2 tablespoon

How to make Egg Capsicum Bhurji (अंडा शिमला मिर्च की भुर्जि बनाने की विधि)

-> First finely chopped the Onion (प्याज), capsicum (शिमला मिर्च). (प्याज, शिमला मिर्च को काटे)

-> Beat Egg (अंडे) with a pinch of Salt (नमक) in a bowl. (अंडे को नमक से साथ फेटे)

-> Heat Oil (तेल) in a frying pan. When Oil (तेल) became hot then add Onion (प्याज) and fry it till it turn to light brown in color. (तेल + प्याज को फ्राई करे)

-> After you add Chopped Capsicum (कटी शिमला मिर्च) + Salt (नमक) and fry till it is cooked. (अब इसमें कटी शिमला मिर्च + नमक मिलाये और फ्राई करे)

-> Now Add Egg (अंडे) + Pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर) and stir on a low flame. (अब इसमें काली मिर्च पाउडर + फेटा गया अंडा मिलाये)

-> When eggs (अंडे) and capsicum (शिमला मिर्च) are cooked then off the gas. (जब अंडे + शिमला मिर्च पक जाये तो गैस बंद कर दे)

-> Egg Capsicum Bhurji (अंडा शिमला मिर्च की भुर्जि) is ready. Served it with Paratha. (पराठे के साथ परोसे)
